【摘要】：正2017年9月,中宣部、文化部等7部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于深入推進(jìn)公共文化機構(gòu)法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)改革的實施方案》,提出圍繞中央關(guān)于構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代公共文化服務(wù)體系總體部署,加強黨對公共文化機構(gòu)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),按照政事分開、管辦分離的要求,以公共圖書館、博物館、文化館、科技館、美術(shù)館為重點領(lǐng)域,推動公共文化機構(gòu)建立以理事會為主要形式的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu),吸納有關(guān)方面代表、專業(yè)人士、各界群眾參與管理,落實法人自主權(quán),進(jìn)一步提升管理水平和服務(wù)效能。方案要求建立以理事會為主要形式的法人治
[Abstract]:In September 2017, the Central propaganda Department, the Ministry of Culture, and other seven departments jointly issued the implementation Plan on deepening the Reform of the Corporate Governance structure of Public Cultural institutions, proposing an overall plan around the central authorities for the construction of a modern public cultural service system. Strengthening the Party's leadership over public cultural institutions, according to the requirements of separating government and administrative affairs, and focusing on public libraries, museums, cultural centers, science and technology centers, and art galleries. To promote public cultural institutions to establish a corporate governance structure with the Council as the main form, to attract representatives of relevant parties, professionals and people from all walks of life to participate in management, to implement the autonomy of legal persons, and to further enhance the management level and service efficiency. The programme calls for the establishment of a governing body in the main form of the Council
