與學(xué)校合作:青少年宮教育發(fā)展的新途徑

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科技等日新月異的發(fā)展,教育事業(yè)取得了巨大的進(jìn)步,有必要對(duì)校外教育的發(fā)展做進(jìn)一步的研究探索。青少年宮作為校外教育的典型性機(jī)構(gòu),在校外教育中占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位。青少年宮如何尋求新途徑,如何與學(xué)校相互合作,共同提高青少年的核心素養(yǎng),促進(jìn)其身心全面發(fā)展已成為值得探討的課題。青少年宮與學(xué)校合作是大教育背景下的必然趨勢,對(duì)雙方合作進(jìn)行研究有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際意義。通過各種研究方法對(duì)我國青少年宮和學(xué)校合作的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行分析論述,進(jìn)一步討論兩者合作的方式、策略等,為青少年全面發(fā)展提供有力的理論基礎(chǔ),更好地分享、分配教育資源,共同服務(wù)于青少年的全面和諧發(fā)展。青少年宮教育發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)時(shí)期,走向新世紀(jì)的青少年宮教育越來越成熟。青少年宮教育是我國教育改革的試驗(yàn)田,為學(xué)生開拓了新的視野,可以極大滿足學(xué)生的興趣,可以展現(xiàn)個(gè)性才華,可以極大的培養(yǎng)自信心,培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,是全面發(fā)展的大課堂,是進(jìn)行社會(huì)教育的重要途徑。青少年宮與學(xué)校教育合作是可行性的、必要的。通過收集調(diào)查問卷的形式,了解青少年宮教育現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步論證青少年宮和學(xué)校合作的必要性。既可以進(jìn)一步達(dá)到素質(zhì)教育的要求,又能夠整合教育資源,避免教育資源的不足和浪費(fèi),從而培養(yǎng)出更高層次的人才。兩者的合作不僅符合教學(xué)改革的要求,可以彌補(bǔ)學(xué)校教育的不足,又是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng),整合校外教育資源,減輕學(xué)生教育負(fù)擔(dān)的需要。目前青少年宮與學(xué)校之間的關(guān)系主要有四種:一宮多校式,多宮多校式,學(xué)校兼辦青少年宮式,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與青少年宮合作式。雖然形式不同,但卻有一個(gè)相同的目標(biāo),通過青少年宮與學(xué)校合作,共同為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境,促進(jìn)青少年的全面發(fā)展。但由于政府對(duì)青少年宮教育功能的不重視,青少年宮功能拓展不平衡,學(xué)校與青少年宮未能進(jìn)行有效合作,社會(huì)對(duì)青少年宮教育認(rèn)識(shí)不全面等原因造成了青少年宮與學(xué)校合作的不理想。青少年宮參與到學(xué)校的教育培訓(xùn)中,兩者相互協(xié)作,共同服務(wù)于學(xué)生的身心健康全面發(fā)展。通過教育理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,制定完善的政策,加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,設(shè)立青少年宮與學(xué)校合作委員會(huì),構(gòu)建“三點(diǎn)一面”的教育體系,完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)合作平臺(tái)功能為青少年宮與學(xué)校合作作為支撐和保障。青少年宮與學(xué)校合作,將使青少年的身心健康和實(shí)踐能力得到全面的發(fā)展。學(xué)校教育的側(cè)重點(diǎn)在于課堂,而青少年宮教育的側(cè)重點(diǎn)在于課后。青少年宮和學(xué)校合作研究是校內(nèi)教育與校外教育合作在理論上的一種探索,還處在研究的初級(jí)階段。因此,青少年宮與學(xué)校合作雖然在理論研究上具有可行性,但在實(shí)踐過程中仍會(huì)遇到很多困難,其實(shí)踐方面有待下一步的研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, culture, science and technology in China, great progress has been made in education, so it is necessary to make further research and exploration on the development of out-of-school education. As a typical organization of outside-school education, the Youth Palace occupies the leading position in the outside-school education. How to seek new ways, how to cooperate with schools, how to improve the core accomplishment of teenagers and how to promote their physical and mental development has become a topic worthy of discussion. The cooperation between youth palace and school is an inevitable trend under the background of big education. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the cooperation between the two sides. Through various research methods, this paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of the cooperation between the youth palace and the school in China, and further discusses the ways and strategies of the cooperation between the two, so as to provide a strong theoretical basis for the overall development of young people and share them better. Allocation of educational resources to serve the overall and harmonious development of young people. The development of youth palace education has experienced four periods, and the youth palace education towards the new century is becoming more and more mature. Youth Palace Education is the experimental field of education reform in our country. It has opened up new horizons for students, can greatly satisfy their interests, can show their individual talent, can greatly cultivate self-confidence and team cooperation ability. Is a comprehensive development of the classroom, is an important way to carry out social education. The cooperation between youth palace and school education is feasible and necessary. Through collecting the form of questionnaire to understand the present situation of juvenile palace education and further demonstrate the necessity of cooperation between youth palace and school. It can not only meet the requirements of quality education, but also integrate educational resources, avoid the shortage and waste of educational resources, so as to cultivate a higher level of talents. The cooperation between them not only meets the requirements of teaching reform, but also can make up for the deficiency of school education, and it is also the need to cultivate students' core accomplishment, to integrate educational resources outside school, and to lighten the burden of students' education. At present, there are four kinds of relationship between the youth palace and the school: one is multi-school, the other is multi-school, the school also runs the youth palace, and the Internet cooperates with the youth palace. Although the form is different, but has a common goal, through the youth palace and the school cooperation, creates the good environment together for the student, promotes the youth all-round development. However, due to the lack of attention paid by the government to the educational function of the youth palace and the imbalance in the expansion of the function of the youth palace, schools and youth palaces have failed to carry out effective cooperation. The society does not have a comprehensive understanding of the youth palace education, which results in the unideal cooperation between the youth palace and the school. The youth palace participates in the education and training of the school, they cooperate with each other to serve the students' physical and mental health development in an all-round way. Through the change of educational idea, we should make perfect policy, increase the investment of funds, set up the cooperation committee between the youth palace and the school, and construct the education system with "3.1 facets". Perfect the network cooperation platform function for the youth palace and the school cooperation as the support and guarantee. The cooperation between the youth palace and the school will make the physical and mental health and practical ability of the young people develop in an all-round way. The emphasis of school education lies in the classroom, while the focus of youth palace education is after class. The research on the cooperation between the youth palace and the school is a theoretical exploration of the cooperation between the school education and the school education, and it is still in the primary stage of the study. Therefore, although the cooperation between youth palace and school is feasible in theory, there are still many difficulties in the process of practice.
