文化差異與商品貿易:基于“一帶一路”沿線國家的考察

【摘要】:中國與"一帶一路"國家經貿往來頻繁,文化差異這一軟環(huán)境因素對商品貿易的影響不可小覷。文章基于信號博弈模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn),文化差異通過影響交易成本阻礙外貿活動的開展,但受消費者偏好多樣性等因素的影響,對不同類型商品的阻力有所不同,相對于初級產品,文化差異對制成品貿易的阻礙更小。然后,文章選擇文化距離作為代理變量,使用系統(tǒng)GMM法檢驗1995-2015年中國與"一帶一路"國家商品貿易相關數(shù)據,驗證了理論分析的結果。研究結論提升了對商品貿易影響因素特別是文化差異因素的認識,有助于擴大我國文化的影響力,減少外貿活動中文化差異帶來的障礙,提高初級產品附加值以及鼓勵制成品貿易,以改善外貿結構、促進產業(yè)升級。
[Abstract]:There are frequent economic and trade exchanges between China and Belt and Road countries, and the soft environment factor of cultural difference can not be underestimated. Based on the signal game model, the paper finds that cultural differences hinder the development of foreign trade activities by influencing transaction costs, but the resistance to different types of commodities is different due to factors such as consumer preference diversity, relative to primary products. Cultural differences hinder trade in manufactured goods even less. Then, the paper selects the cultural distance as the proxy variable, and uses the systematic GMM method to test the trade data between China and "Belt and Road" from 1995 to 2015, and verifies the results of the theoretical analysis. The conclusion of the study promotes the understanding of the factors affecting commodity trade, especially the factors of cultural differences, and helps to expand the influence of Chinese culture and reduce the barriers caused by cultural differences in foreign trade activities. Increase the added value of primary products and encourage trade in manufactured goods to improve the structure of foreign trade and promote industrial upgrading.
