【摘要】：研發(fā)人才的規(guī)模與質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品能否真正實(shí)現(xiàn)既"叫好"又"叫座"。通過建構(gòu)創(chuàng)意研發(fā)人才"三心兩意"勝任力結(jié)構(gòu)模型,旨在揭示優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)意研發(fā)人才的行為特征及其形成的一般性規(guī)律,并根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的勝任力結(jié)構(gòu)特征,從四個(gè)方面提出了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)人才開發(fā)的可行路徑,以期促進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)與文化繁榮。
[Abstract]:The scale and quality of R & D talents are directly related to the achievement of cultural and creative products. By constructing the competency structure model of creative R & D talents, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the behavioral characteristics of excellent creative R & D talents and the general rules of their formation, and according to the structural characteristics of competence found, This paper puts forward the feasible path of R & D talents development in cultural and creative industries from four aspects in order to promote the construction and cultural prosperity of R & D talents in cultural and creative industries.
