【摘要】：基于中國特色社會主義進入新時代,十九大報告對文化發(fā)展的意義作出新的歷史定位,提出了新的文化使命;對文化發(fā)展的目標作出了全面規(guī)劃,提出了新的發(fā)展方略和戰(zhàn)略部署;對文化發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵進行了深刻闡述,提出了新的任務(wù)和要求,指明了文化強國的途徑、路線、方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the report of the Nineteenth National Congress made a new historical orientation on the significance of cultural development, put forward a new cultural mission, and made a comprehensive plan for the goal of cultural development. This paper puts forward a new development strategy and strategic arrangement, expounds the connotation of cultural development, puts forward new tasks and requirements, and points out the ways, routes and methods of cultural power.
