【摘要】：面向社會(huì)公眾的公共文化服務(wù)體系具有公共精神及公益屬性,其建設(shè)及發(fā)展涉及的主體眾多,內(nèi)容豐富,工程浩大,對于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新有著巨大的內(nèi)在訴求。協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)各個(gè)影響因素或者說稟賦資源投入后的一體化整合創(chuàng)新,激發(fā)各個(gè)主體及資源要素活力而實(shí)現(xiàn)深度合作,從而有效促進(jìn)公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的推進(jìn)與發(fā)展。正是在理清協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的基本內(nèi)涵、形成機(jī)理及促進(jìn)策略的基礎(chǔ)上,分析當(dāng)前我國公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的困境,進(jìn)而針對基于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新視角下的公共文化服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)路徑提出對策。
[Abstract]:The public cultural service system facing the public has the attributes of public spirit and commonweal, and its construction and development involve many subjects, rich content and huge engineering, so it has a huge internal demand for collaborative innovation. Collaborative innovation can realize the integration and innovation of various influencing factors or endowment resources, stimulate the vitality of the main body and resource elements and realize the deep cooperation, thus effectively promote the promotion and development of the construction of public cultural service system. On the basis of clarifying the basic connotation, forming mechanism and promoting strategy of collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes the predicament of the construction of public cultural service system in China. Furthermore, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of public cultural service system based on collaborative innovation.
