【摘要】：哈尼梯田文化景觀世界遺產(chǎn)是當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裨陂L(zhǎng)期的生活生產(chǎn)中所創(chuàng)造的,遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)離不開社區(qū)的參與。首先闡明社區(qū)參與哈尼梯田文化景觀世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)是傳承遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值,保持遺產(chǎn)"真實(shí)性"與"完整性",實(shí)現(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。再?gòu)墓崽萏铿F(xiàn)有的遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)管理制度、遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值認(rèn)知、遺產(chǎn)資源管理、遺產(chǎn)旅游發(fā)展4個(gè)層面入手,分析了社區(qū)參與哈尼梯田文化景觀遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的困境,構(gòu)建了基于社區(qū)參與的哈尼梯田文化景觀世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)概念模型。并以元陽(yáng)阿者科村的社區(qū)參與實(shí)踐為例,探討了社區(qū)參與世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的可行性,以期對(duì)社區(qū)參與世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Hani terrace cultural landscape world heritage is created by local residents in the long-term life production, heritage protection can not be separated from the participation of the community. Firstly, it is expounded that community participation in the protection of the cultural landscape of the Hani terrace is the key to inherit the heritage value, maintain the "authenticity" and "integrity" of the heritage, and realize the sustainable development of the heritage. Then it analyzes the predicament of community participation in the protection of the cultural landscape heritage of Hani terrace from four aspects: the existing management system of heritage protection, the cognition of heritage value, the management of heritage resources and the development of heritage tourism. Based on community participation, a conceptual model of Hani terrace cultural landscape world heritage protection is constructed. Taking the practice of community participation in the village as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of community participation in the protection of world heritage, in order to provide reference for community participation in the protection of world heritage.
