【摘要】：文化館作為公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè)過(guò)程中的重要組成部分,是群眾文化活動(dòng)、地方傳統(tǒng)文化展演、文化藝術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)交流的活動(dòng)中心、輔導(dǎo)中心、展示中心以及文化傳承的重要載體。對(duì)豐富和提升人民群眾文化生活、推動(dòng)社會(huì)文化健康發(fā)展、構(gòu)建社會(huì)和諧、推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承等方面發(fā)揮著重要職能,肩負(fù)著重要的任務(wù)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)藝術(shù)、文化的需求越來(lái)越豐富,需求量越來(lái)越大,生活方式越來(lái)越離不開信息技術(shù)存在,文化信息接收方式也越來(lái)越多元化。文化館作為公共文化服務(wù)不可或缺的一部分,在文化傳播手段與服務(wù)方式上必須結(jié)合新的數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)、藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)、人機(jī)互動(dòng)多感官體驗(yàn)等方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,人們需要數(shù)字化,需要數(shù)字文化館來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)文化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。本課題的研究提出數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)對(duì)文化館功能的拓展與服務(wù)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變的有效途徑和方法,通過(guò)對(duì)新建的馬鞍山數(shù)字文化館等案例的分析與理論論述,提出對(duì)文化館中數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法進(jìn)行探討和論證。嘗試引入創(chuàng)客理念,提升文化館的服務(wù)品質(zhì),推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,改變文化館的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,使之成為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基石與源泉。運(yùn)用科技與藝術(shù)的跨可領(lǐng)域整合,形成用戶多感官體驗(yàn),真正實(shí)現(xiàn)“以用戶為中心”的數(shù)字文化館的設(shè)計(jì)理念。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the construction of the public cultural service system, the cultural center is an activity center for mass cultural activities, local traditional cultural exhibitions, cultural and artistic learning exchanges, and guidance centers. The exhibition center and the important carrier of cultural heritage. It plays an important role in enriching and promoting the people's cultural life, promoting the healthy development of social culture, constructing social harmony and promoting the inheritance of traditional culture. With the development of science and technology, people's demand for art and culture is more and more abundant, the demand is more and more large, the way of life is more and more inseparable from the existence of information technology, and the way of receiving cultural information is becoming more and more diversified. As an indispensable part of the public cultural service, the cultural center must combine the new digital media technology, artistic expression, human-computer interaction and multi-sensory experience in the means of cultural communication and service. People need to digitize, need digital culture center to realize cultural innovation and development. The research of this subject puts forward the effective ways and methods of the expansion of the function of the cultural center and the transformation of the service mode of the digital media art, and through the analysis and theoretical discussion of the new Ma'anshan digital cultural center and other cases. The design principle and method of digital media art in cultural center are discussed and proved. This paper attempts to introduce the idea of creating guests, improve the service quality of cultural centers, promote the development of cultural innovation, change the management concept of cultural centers, and make them become the cornerstone and source of the development of cultural industries. By using the integration of science and technology and art, the multi-sensory experience of users can be formed and the design idea of "user-centered" digital cultural center can be realized.
