我國新聞出版業(yè)眾籌現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:中小文化企業(yè)融資難一直是制約我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展的重要問題。盡管現(xiàn)階段我國政府對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持力度不斷加大,但資本市場卻仍然難以滿足文化企業(yè)的融資需求,很多中小文化企業(yè)依然面臨銀行惜貸、融資者與投資者雙方信息不對稱等困境。在中小文化企業(yè)融資渠道匱乏的同時,大量民間閑散資金卻投資無門。在這種矛盾下,如何引導社會資本轉(zhuǎn)向文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資,為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新注入新的活力成為政府高度重視的問題。2014年1月召開的國務院常務會議上專門提出了要推進文化創(chuàng)意和設計服務產(chǎn)業(yè)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展,推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)各行業(yè)板塊之間、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)深度合作的要求。我國新聞出版行業(yè)作為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展作出了重要貢獻?梢哉f,新聞出版業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融行業(yè)的跨界融合已不僅僅是產(chǎn)業(yè)升級與變革的內(nèi)在需求,更成為孕育國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新增長點,提升國家文化軟實力的重要手段。在這種背景下,眾籌作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融行業(yè)中的新興模式開始與傳統(tǒng)新聞出版行業(yè)尋求合作,而新聞出版業(yè)眾籌也應運而生。目前,眾籌模式在國內(nèi)外新聞出版行業(yè)中的應用尚處于嘗試與起步階段,我國學術(shù)界對它的理論研究還十分有限。因此,對新聞出版業(yè)眾籌作出系統(tǒng)性、理論性的研究不僅有利于把握其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和未來動向,對我國傳統(tǒng)新聞出版行業(yè)乃至整個文化產(chǎn)業(yè)來說,更有利于提供一種全新的產(chǎn)業(yè)變革思路,促進新聞出版業(yè)運作模式的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。本文從眾籌的定義入手,詳細闡述了眾籌的運行機制、模式類型、主要特點、發(fā)展歷程以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。并由此引申出我國新聞出版業(yè)眾籌的產(chǎn)生背景和形成原因,對我國新聞出版眾籌的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、基本經(jīng)營模式以及運作過程中的各參與主體及其主要特點進行了闡述和分析,總結(jié)出我國新聞出版業(yè)眾籌的現(xiàn)實意義、發(fā)展短板和未來發(fā)展的趨勢和前景。同時從我國新聞出版業(yè)發(fā)展的特殊國情出發(fā),對我國新聞出版眾籌的長遠發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。本文希望通過對我國新聞出版業(yè)眾籌的現(xiàn)狀及問題研究來探討在大數(shù)據(jù)時代眾籌模式能否拓寬我國新聞出版行業(yè)和整個文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的融資渠道,以期對我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的變革與發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of financing small and medium-sized cultural enterprises has been an important problem restricting the benign development of Chinese cultural industry. Although our government's support for the cultural industry is increasing at this stage, the capital market is still difficult to meet the financing needs of cultural enterprises, and many small and medium-sized cultural enterprises are still facing banks' reluctance to lend. Financiers and investors on both sides of the information asymmetry and other difficulties. In small and medium-sized cultural enterprises lack of financing channels, a large number of private idle funds but investment door-less. Under this contradiction, how to guide social capital to invest in cultural industries, The government attaches great importance to injecting new vitality into the restructuring of the cultural industry and technological innovation in our country. At the executive meeting of the State Council held in January 2014, it was specifically proposed to promote the integration and development of cultural creativity and design service industries with related industries. Promote the cultural industry between the various sectors, cultural industries and related industries in depth cooperation requirements. As an important part of the cultural industry, the press and publication industry in China has made important contributions to the prosperity and development of the cultural industry. It can be said that the cross-border integration of the press and publishing industry and the Internet financial industry is not only the inherent demand of industrial upgrading and transformation, but also the important means to enhance the soft power of national culture and the new growth point for the development of the national economy. In this context, crowdfunding as a new model in the Internet financial industry began to seek cooperation with the traditional press and publishing industry, and the media and publishing crowdfunding also came into being. At present, the application of crowdfunding mode in the press and publishing industry at home and abroad is still in the initial stage, and the theoretical research on it is still very limited in the academic circles of our country. Therefore, a systematic and theoretical study of the mass funding of the press and publication industry is not only conducive to grasping its present situation and future trends, but also to the traditional press and publication industry and even the entire cultural industry of our country. It is more helpful to provide a brand-new idea of industrial transformation and promote the innovation and development of the operation mode of press and publication industry. Starting with the definition of crowdfunding, this paper expounds in detail the operation mechanism, mode types, main characteristics, development course and research status at home and abroad of crowdfunding. The background and reasons of the crowdfunding in China's press and publication industry are derived, and the present situation, basic management mode and main features of the participating parties in the process of operation are expounded and analyzed. This paper summarizes the practical significance of mass funding in China's press and publication industry, and the trends and prospects of its development in the future. At the same time, based on the special national conditions of the development of the press and publication industry in China, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the long-term development of the mass funding of the press and publication in China. This paper hopes to explore whether the crowdfunding mode in the era of big data can broaden the financing channels of China's press and publishing industry and the whole cultural industry by studying the current situation and problems of crowdfunding in China's press and publication industry. In order to provide new ideas for the reform and development of Chinese cultural industry.
