與中國人交友—桂林尼泊爾留學(xué)生跨文化人際交往適應(yīng)研究
[Abstract]:From April to October 2014, six Nepalese undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in a college in Guilin were investigated by qualitative method. How Nepalese students define the concept of "friend" when they are in Nepal and how to associate or make friends with others (3) how do they redefine the concept of "friend" in China, and how do they interact with and establish friendship with the Chinese? how do these experiences affect their personal lives? Through in-depth interviews, informal conversations and participatory observation, this study found that in Nepal, Nepalese students thought that their friends could really understand them and help them when they were in trouble. People who share happiness and shared interests and hobbies with them. The study sample was made in three ways: chat, travel, and other introductions. In order to maintain friendship, Nepalese students often exercise, chat and eat with their friends.) for Nepalese students, the most important thing to make friends is to help each other. Secondly, making friends can share happiness. Finally, learning from friends and improving themselves is also a great significance of making friends. 3) after coming to China, the definition of "friends" by three Nepalese students remains unchanged, but the other three students give different definitions. Chinese people take the initiative to make friends and friends with Nepalese students are the two main ways to study the interaction between the sample and the Chinese.) talking about the experience of making friends in China, the study sample is summed up with a "good" word. In addition, the study combined with the original data, summed up the study samples in Nepal and China in three major differences: easy and difficult, ordinary friends and close friends, active and passive. In a word, the cross-cultural interpersonal adaptation of the sample in China is successful. Based on this, this study interprets the successful cross-cultural interpersonal adaptation of Nepalese students from both internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, expectation and language ability; external factors relate to social support, study time and cultural distance.
