【摘要】：國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)是新時(shí)期我國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作的重要組成部分，是實(shí)現(xiàn)文化強(qiáng)國(guó)目標(biāo)的重要法寶。法國(guó)是個(gè)文化大國(guó)，擁有大量華人華僑、中國(guó)留學(xué)生和對(duì)華友好的法國(guó)民眾，，可以團(tuán)結(jié)他們，通過(guò)文化交流，尋求文化共識(shí)，爭(zhēng)取他們對(duì)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展文化理念的理解和認(rèn)同。做好在法國(guó)的國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作，有助于提高我國(guó)文化對(duì)外影響力，有助于中國(guó)和平崛起的國(guó)際環(huán)境建設(shè)，有助于反對(duì)美國(guó)文化霸權(quán)主義。 除緒論外，論文分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分中國(guó)在法國(guó)文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的相關(guān)概念和理論。介紹和分析了國(guó)際統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線、文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)、國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)等概念，著重區(qū)分了國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)和國(guó)際文化交流的關(guān)系，闡述了黨的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)理論、文化軟實(shí)力理論、文化霸權(quán)主義等理論觀點(diǎn)。 第二部分講黨的歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)外文化交流的主要思想。進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)了國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)和國(guó)際文化交流的關(guān)系，指出黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的對(duì)外文化交流思想是國(guó)際文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的重要思想理論資源。毛澤東提出要洋為中用，鄧小平提出了法制化和三個(gè)有利于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，江澤民提出要以我為主，為我所用，實(shí)現(xiàn)文明多樣性，胡錦濤提出要主動(dòng)對(duì)話，構(gòu)建和諧世界，提升文化軟實(shí)力。 第三部分講中國(guó)在法國(guó)的文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)對(duì)象和統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)方式。中國(guó)在法國(guó)進(jìn)行文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的對(duì)象包括華人華僑、留學(xué)生和對(duì)華友好的法國(guó)民眾。統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)方式包括團(tuán)結(jié)尊重、合作參與、利益照顧、感情聯(lián)絡(luò)等。 第四部分講中國(guó)在法國(guó)文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的有利條件和不利因素。有利條件包括歷史條件、現(xiàn)實(shí)條件和時(shí)代條件。不利因素包括，兩國(guó)社會(huì)政治制度和文化價(jià)值觀的不同；部分法國(guó)民眾對(duì)中國(guó)了解不足導(dǎo)致的認(rèn)識(shí)偏差；美國(guó)對(duì)法國(guó)的影響等。第五部分講中國(guó)在法國(guó)文化統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)的實(shí)施建議。深化中法文化交流增強(qiáng)文化認(rèn)同；因人而異加強(qiáng)文化吸引力；共同反對(duì)美國(guó)文化霸權(quán)。形成政府主導(dǎo)、社會(huì)參與的在法文化交流格局，高舉愛(ài)國(guó)主義旗幟，團(tuán)結(jié)在法華人華僑和留學(xué)生，鞏固和發(fā)展海外愛(ài)國(guó)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線；高舉反霸旗幟，團(tuán)結(jié)一切可以團(tuán)結(jié)的法國(guó)民眾，形成制約美國(guó)文化霸權(quán)的反霸國(guó)際統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線。
[Abstract]:The international cultural United front is an important part of the United front work in our country in the new era and an important magic weapon for realizing the goal of a cultural power.France is a large cultural country with a large number of overseas Chinese, Chinese students studying abroad and friendly French people to China. We can unite them, seek cultural consensus through cultural exchanges, strive for their understanding and recognition of the cultural concept of China's peaceful development, and do a good job in the international cultural United front work in France, which will help to enhance our cultural influence abroad. China's peaceful rise in the international environment is conducive to the opposition to American cultural hegemonism. In addition to the introduction, the paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces and analyzes the concepts of international United front, cultural United front, international cultural United front, and so on, and distinguishes the relationship between international cultural United front and international cultural exchange. The Party's theory of United front work, the theory of cultural soft power and the theory of cultural hegemonism are expounded. The second part focuses on the main ideas of the party's previous leaders on cultural exchanges with foreign countries. It further emphasizes the relationship between the international cultural United front and international cultural exchanges. It is pointed out that the party leaders' thoughts on cultural exchanges with foreign countries are an important ideological and theoretical resource for the international cultural United front work. Mao Zedong has proposed that foreign countries should be used in China, Deng Xiaoping has proposed legalization and three favorable standards, and Jiang Zemin has proposed that we should be the main force. In order to achieve the diversity of civilization, Hu Jintao proposed to take the initiative to dialogue, build a harmonious world, and enhance the soft power of culture. The third part deals with China's cultural United front work in France and its methods of United front work. The objects of China's cultural United front work in France include overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese, and friendly French people. The United front includes unity, respect, cooperation and participation. Take care of interests, feelings, etc. The fourth part discusses the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors of Chinese cultural United front work in France. The favorable conditions include historical conditions, realistic conditions and times conditions. The disadvantages include the differences of social and political systems and cultural values between the two countries. Some French people's understanding of China's lack of understanding, the impact of the United States on France and so on. The fifth part discusses the implementation of Chinese cultural United front in France, deepening cultural exchanges between China and France to enhance cultural identity; To strengthen cultural attractiveness from person to person; to jointly oppose American cultural hegemony; to form a government-led, socially involved cultural exchange pattern in France; to hold high the banner of patriotism; and to unite overseas Chinese and overseas students in France. To consolidate and develop the overseas patriotic United front, to hold high the banner of anti-hegemonism, to unite all the French people who can unite, and to form an international United front against hegemonism that restricts the cultural hegemony of the United States.
