【摘要】：本文從國(guó)際文化大都市發(fā)展的語(yǔ)境下來(lái)分析當(dāng)前上海文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),并進(jìn)一步探討相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。上海文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展觀念上應(yīng)樹立"文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是價(jià)值觀產(chǎn)業(yè)"的上海文化產(chǎn)業(yè)新發(fā)展理念;發(fā)展目標(biāo)需樹立一切以人民為中心的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新目標(biāo);發(fā)展動(dòng)力要從習(xí)慣于刺激需求,切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變到改革供給上來(lái);發(fā)展主體應(yīng)從以政府規(guī)劃、政府推進(jìn)為主,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭袌?chǎng)起決定性作用,更好地發(fā)揮政府的作用;發(fā)展機(jī)制要尤為重視"數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)"對(duì)上海文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型的重要推動(dòng)作用;發(fā)展布局應(yīng)加強(qiáng)不同功能區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)著眼于為國(guó)家整體文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供新經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the development of an international cultural metropolis, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the transformation and development of Shanghai's cultural industry. And further probe into the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. Shanghai cultural industry should set up the new development idea of "cultural industry is value industry" on the development idea; The goal of development should be to set up a new goal for the development of all cultural industries with the people as the center; the motive force for development should be changed from being accustomed to stimulating demand and changing to reform and supply; the main body of development should be based on government planning, and the government should give priority to the development. The development mechanism should pay special attention to the important role of "digital economy" in the development and transformation of Shanghai's cultural industry. The development layout should strengthen the coordinated development of cultural industries in different functional regions, and the development strategy should focus on providing new experience for the innovation and development of national cultural industries as a whole.
