【摘要】：水文化是社會文化總體中一個重要組成部分,是人類社會歷史發(fā)展過程中積累起來的關于如何認識水、治理水、利用水、愛護水、欣賞水的物質和精神財富的總和。洪湖是號稱“千湖之省”的湖北所遺留下來的面積最大的湖泊,也是湖北所有湖泊有機物含量最豐富的湖水,是我國淡水魚類的重要產地。一部洪湖的進化發(fā)展史,就是一部洪湖的“水文化”史。然而現(xiàn)階段對洪湖水文化資源開發(fā)研究還顯薄弱。如何結合洪湖地域文化特色,注重水文化資源的開發(fā)和利用,通過弘揚水文化,實施親水戰(zhàn)略,大做水文章,產生較好地社會經(jīng)濟效是本文研究的主要內容。本文對于洪湖水文化資源的科學開發(fā)從以下三個部分展開。 第一部分是闡述洪湖水資源的歷史形成與分布,以及在此基礎上產生的幾種文化形態(tài)。主要介紹洪湖大湖的地理位置、地質構成及在人類歷史不同階段演變的區(qū)域形成。洪湖水資源的形成造就了洪湖有名的古代戰(zhàn)爭和農民起義文化以及優(yōu)質的濕地水文化。 第二部分是對洪湖水文化開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀加以分析,并對“藍田模式”、“湘口模式”和“烏林模式”等三種開發(fā)模式發(fā)展中的問題展開深入探究�！八{田模式”的成功之處在于,它圍繞洪湖這片獨特的水域,促進和推動了農業(yè)產業(yè)化,把水產業(yè)的各個環(huán)節(jié)結合成了統(tǒng)一的利益共同體。“湘口模式”則得益于該村大做“水字文章”調整產業(yè)結構,將水產業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱性產業(yè)。烏林將生態(tài)旅游與古遺址旅游結合起來,從歷史人文景觀到生態(tài)景觀進行雙管齊下的規(guī)劃建設,促成了烏林水文化旅游業(yè)的勃興�，F(xiàn)有開發(fā)模式的問題在于：過分強調濕地文化開發(fā)與利用,在保護上做得不夠；在紅色文化產業(yè)開發(fā)中,缺乏后勁,缺乏新意；在古文化產業(yè)開發(fā)上力度不大,且品種單一。 第三部分是對洪湖水資源的開發(fā)構想。包括大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè),做大做強濕地生態(tài)游、紅色旅游、溫泉休閑游與古文化游；大力發(fā)展水產產業(yè)化力度,扎實做好水產產業(yè)升級工作,強化科學養(yǎng)殖、生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖；加大文化發(fā)展力度,著力培養(yǎng)一批有實力的骨干文化企業(yè),建設濕地生態(tài)攝影基地或創(chuàng)辦紅色影視劇拍攝基地,同時,加大洪湖精神產品打造力度。通過這些措施的扎實實施,打造好洪湖水文化這一金字招牌,以此更好地促進洪湖經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Water culture is an important part of social culture as a whole. It is an important part of understanding water, harnessing water, utilizing water and protecting water, which has been accumulated in the course of the historical development of human society. The sum of the material and spiritual wealth of the water. Hong Lake is the largest lake left over from Hubei, known as the "province of thousands of lakes," and the lake with the most abundant organic matter in all the lakes in Hubei. Honghu is an important source of freshwater fish in China. An evolutionary history of Honghu Lake is a history of "water culture" of Honghu Lake. However, research on the exploitation of water culture resources in Honghu Lake is still weak at present. Pay attention to the development and utilization of water cultural resources, promote water culture, implement hydrophilic strategy, and make great efforts in water culture. The main content of this paper is to produce better social and economic effects. The scientific exploitation of Honghu Lake water culture resources is carried out in the following three parts. The first part is to expound the historical formation and distribution of water resources in Honghu Lake, as well as several cultural forms on the basis of which, and mainly introduce the geographical location of the Great Lakes of Honghu Lake. The formation of Honghu water resources resulted in the famous ancient war and peasant uprising culture and the high quality wetland water culture in Honghu. The second part is to analyze the current situation of water culture development in Honghu Lake, and to probe into the problems in the development of three development modes, namely, "Lantian Model", "Xiangkou Model" and "Wulin Model". The success of "Lantian Model" lies in its success. It has promoted and promoted the industrialization of agriculture around the unique waters of Honghu, and combined the various links of aquatic industry into a unified community of interests. The "Xiangkou model" benefited from the village's "water word article" to adjust the industrial structure. Take aquatic industry as the pillar industry of economic development. Wulin combines ecotourism with ancient site tourism, and carries on a two-pronged planning and construction from historical and humanistic landscape to ecological landscape. The problems of the current development mode are: too much emphasis on the development and utilization of wetland culture, insufficient protection, lack of stamina and new ideas in the development of red culture industry; The development of ancient culture industry is not strong enough, and the variety is single. The third part is the conception of the development of Honghu water resources, including vigorously developing tourism, making great efforts to develop wetland ecological tour, red tourism, hot spring leisure tour and ancient culture tour, and vigorously developing fishery industrialization. We should do a good job in upgrading the aquatic industry, strengthen scientific breeding and ecological breeding, increase the intensity of cultural development, focus on cultivating a number of powerful backbone cultural enterprises, build a wetland ecological photography base or establish a red film and television drama shooting base, and at the same time, Through the solid implementation of these measures, this gold-lettered brand of Honghu water culture should be built, so as to better promote the development of Honghu's economy and society.
