文化比較視野下的中日接待業(yè)研究

【摘要】:中日邦交正;,伴隨著中國(guó)的發(fā)展,兩國(guó)貿(mào)易也隨之增加,民間交流的深度不斷加強(qiáng)。在日本人與中國(guó)人進(jìn)行旅游交流時(shí),由于文化、習(xí)慣、思維等差異,會(huì)出現(xiàn)許多誤解,各自都有可以改進(jìn)的空間。最主要的原因就是相互之間的理解不到位。作為有著悠久歷史的禮儀之邦——中國(guó),哪怕是礙于面子,也應(yīng)該向客人提供最好的高級(jí)服務(wù),而原本從中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)禮節(jié)的日本,卻也獨(dú)創(chuàng)了以Hospitality為基礎(chǔ)的旅游接待方法。Hospitality,即Hospitality,日語(yǔ)為OMOTENASHI,在中文里多翻譯成接待業(yè)——宏觀尺度上。旅游接待常常出現(xiàn)這樣的情景:雖然想要好好接待國(guó)際旅游者,但卻不能夠滿(mǎn)足對(duì)方的要求,有時(shí)竟不知客人要求什么。這是異文化之間交流的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,研究之對(duì)很好地發(fā)展國(guó)際旅游十分重要。不光是中國(guó)方面,現(xiàn)在前往日本的中國(guó)旅游者很多,如果不能提供中國(guó)游客所需,提供的卻是“文不對(duì)題”,也不會(huì)得到中國(guó)游客的滿(mǎn)意。 現(xiàn)在在日本國(guó)內(nèi),面向中國(guó)游客的旅游接待,已經(jīng)由東京的秋葉原、上野和橫濱的中華料理節(jié),擴(kuò)大到幾乎遍布全國(guó)的一般景點(diǎn),在任何的商業(yè)綜合體,都可以看到銀聯(lián)標(biāo)志、會(huì)說(shuō)中文的店員、中國(guó)語(yǔ)廣播和導(dǎo)購(gòu)文字。日本已全面再度開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)文化,以便提高文化的國(guó)際旅游接待能力。 為此,需要研究中日旅游接待的文化差異,不僅要知道客源國(guó)旅游者行為的固有模式,也要探究為何這樣行為。在本次論文中,將確認(rèn)中日間游客數(shù)量的推移,中日的旅行政策,和相互之間的理解狀況。在此之后,理解日本人應(yīng)該了解的中國(guó)的貧富差距,戶(hù)籍制度,和教育制度等。這是理解中國(guó)人的職業(yè)差別意識(shí)和對(duì)于服務(wù)的認(rèn)識(shí)的重要一環(huán)。最后,比較有關(guān)Hospitality的中日差距的實(shí)例。、 為方便統(tǒng)計(jì),本研究的”中國(guó)人”系指中國(guó)大陸居民,不包括港澳臺(tái)在住的中國(guó)人。

When Japanese and Chinese travel and exchange, due to differences in culture, habits, thinking, etc. There will be many misunderstandings, each of which has room for improvement. The main reason is that mutual understanding is not in place. Hospitality, or OMOTENASHIin Japanese, is often translated into the hospitality industry on a macro scale. This is often the case in tourist hospitality: although you want to take a good look at international tourists, But they can't meet each other's demands, and sometimes they don't know what the guests are asking for. This is a common problem in the exchange of different cultures, and research is very important to the development of international tourism. It's not just the Chinese side. There are a lot of Chinese tourists going to Japan now. If they can't provide what they need, they will not be satisfied with the Chinese tourists. Now in Japan, the tourist reception for Chinese tourists has been expanded from Akihabara in Tokyo, Ueno and Yokohama to the Chinese Restaurant Festival, which covers almost all the country's general scenic spots, in any commercial complex. You can see the UnionPay logo, Chinese-speaking clerks, Chinese radio and purchase guides. Japan has fully begun to learn Chinese culture again in order to improve its international tourist reception capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to study the cultural differences of tourism reception between China and Japan, not only to know the inherent patterns of tourists' behavior, but also to explore why. In this paper, we will confirm the progress of the number of tourists between China and Japan. The travel policy of China and Japan, and their understanding of each other. After that, understand the gap between the rich and the poor and the household registration system that the Japanese should understand. And the educational system. This is an important part of understanding the Chinese people's sense of occupational difference and their understanding of service. Finally, compare the examples of the Hospitality gap between China and Japan. For the convenience of statistics, "Chinese" in this study refers to Chinese residents in mainland China, excluding those living in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
