【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化使得城市在國(guó)家和區(qū)域中的地位和重要性得到了提升。以信息技術(shù)和知識(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的“新經(jīng)濟(jì)”,使得城市間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越依靠文化的力量。城市文化建設(shè)的方法很多,本文立足于空間建設(shè)理論,主要關(guān)注城市文化空間的建設(shè)。城市文化空間是城市空間的一部分,是空間的一種組織形式,它是由其內(nèi)部文化資源的積聚效應(yīng)在空間上連片發(fā)展,形成趨同或高度關(guān)聯(lián)的特色鮮明的文化功能片區(qū)。所以,在城市文化空間的營(yíng)造過(guò)程中,最關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就是對(duì)文化空間內(nèi)的文化資源進(jìn)行挖掘和梳理,并根據(jù)文化資源的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行營(yíng)造的規(guī)劃。 昆明作為我國(guó)的歷史文化名城有2400年的建城史,不僅有悠久的歷史沿革,重大的歷史事件,還有眾多的文物古跡、歷史名人以及非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。在新的歷史時(shí)期,如何保護(hù)和利用獨(dú)特的歷史文化,如何通過(guò)城市文化建設(shè)帶動(dòng)和指導(dǎo)整個(gè)城市建設(shè),成為當(dāng)前昆明城市建設(shè)面臨的一個(gè)重要課題。 根據(jù)文化資源屬性及地域的集聚,可以把昆明分為文明街文化空間、翠湖文化空間、環(huán)滇池文化空間等若干個(gè)文化空間。本文選取翠湖文化空間作為研究對(duì)象,深入挖掘研究翠湖文化空間的資源稟賦,通過(guò)梳理點(diǎn)(歷史文化資源)和線(街道)以及其他文化資源的歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀,分析翠湖文化空間的資源開發(fā)程度以及保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從文化空間三要素的視角、文化遺產(chǎn)分類的視角以及文化遺產(chǎn)主要特征的視角對(duì)翠湖文化空間的營(yíng)造進(jìn)行了探索性的思考。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)相對(duì)于昆明的其他文化空間,昆明翠湖文化空間的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)不僅數(shù)量眾多,而且對(duì)于昆明市乃至中國(guó)都具有重要的意義。在保護(hù)和開發(fā)文化遺產(chǎn)方面,翠湖文化空間已經(jīng)取得了一些成果,但是由于重視力度不夠和保護(hù)經(jīng)費(fèi)不足等問題,對(duì)文化遺產(chǎn)的挖掘、保護(hù)和開發(fā)還有很大的提升空間,使得翠湖文化空間未能完全發(fā)揮出其在昆明城市文化建設(shè)中的積極作用。所以,應(yīng)該重視翠湖文化空間的營(yíng)造,在挖掘、保護(hù)文化遺產(chǎn)的同時(shí),推動(dòng)昆明的城市文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The globalization of economy promotes the status and importance of cities in the country and region. The "new economy", which is dominated by information technology and knowledge industry, makes the competition between cities rely more and more on the strength of culture. There are many ways to build. Based on the theory of space construction, this paper focuses on the construction of urban cultural space. Urban cultural space is a part of urban space and an organizational form of space. It is developed in space by the accumulation effect of its internal cultural resources. Therefore, in the process of constructing urban cultural space, the most crucial link is to excavate and comb the cultural resources in the cultural space. And according to the current situation of cultural resources to build the planning. Kunming, as a famous historical and cultural city in our country, has a history of building a city in 2400. It not only has a long history, major historical events, but also numerous cultural relics and monuments, historical celebrities and intangible cultural heritages. In the new historical period, How to protect and utilize the unique historical culture and how to promote and guide the whole city construction through the urban culture construction has become an important subject facing the urban construction of Kunming at present. According to the attribute of cultural resources and regional agglomeration, Kunming can be divided into cultural space of civilized street, cultural space of Cuihu Lake, cultural space of surrounding Dianchi Lake and so on. This paper selects the cultural space of Cuihu Lake as the research object. Deeply excavating and studying the resource endowment of the cultural space of the Cuihu Lake, through combing the historical evolution and the present situation of the points (historical and cultural resources) and lines (streets) and other cultural resources, analyzing the exploitation degree of the cultural space of the Cuihu Lake and the present situation of its protection. And on this basis, from the perspective of the three elements of cultural space, the perspective of cultural heritage classification and cultural heritage main characteristics of the perspective of the Cuihu cultural space to explore the construction of the exploration. The study found that compared with other cultural spaces in Kunming, there are not only a large number of historical cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage in Kunming Cuihu cultural space, Moreover, it is of great significance to Kunming and even to China. In terms of protecting and developing cultural heritage, the Cuihu cultural space has made some achievements, but due to insufficient attention and protection of funds and other problems, The excavation, protection and development of cultural heritage still have great room for improvement, which makes the cultural space of the Cuihu Lake not fully play an active role in the cultural construction of Kunming. Therefore, we should pay attention to the construction of the cultural space of the Lake Cuihu and excavate it. While protecting cultural heritage, promote Kunming's urban cultural construction.
