【摘要】：文章利用三階段DEA模型和超效率模型對我國31個省份2014年文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果表明:我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率受環(huán)境因素和隨機(jī)干擾的影響顯著,西部地區(qū)尤為明顯;在剔除環(huán)境和隨機(jī)因素后,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合效率普遍下降,整體水平偏低,東部最優(yōu),中部次之,西部最低,且大多處于規(guī)模報(bào)酬遞增階段;規(guī)模效率低下是滯后文化產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合效率的主要原因。文章并根據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the input-output efficiency of cultural industry in 31 provinces in 2014 by using three-stage DEA model and super-efficiency model. The results show that the input-output efficiency of cultural industry in China is significantly affected by environmental factors and random interference. After taking into account the environment and random factors, the comprehensive efficiency of cultural industry is generally decreased, the overall level is low, the eastern part is the best, the middle part is the second, and the west is the lowest, and most of them are in the stage of increasing scale reward. The low scale efficiency is the main reason for lagging the comprehensive efficiency of cultural industry.
