【摘要】：本文基于“漁家樂”民俗旅游開發(fā)及其對村落社會影響的思考,采用田野調查法對山東省乳山市海陽所鎮(zhèn)南泓南村等四個村落進行了相應調查。具體為：以海陽所鎮(zhèn)南泓南村為主要調查點,以白沙灘鎮(zhèn)大陶家村、乳山口鎮(zhèn)南唐家村、海陽所鎮(zhèn)姜家莊村為田野參照點作對比研究分析。本文集中關注南泓南村“漁家樂”民俗旅游興辦過程中“接待戶”、“海霞旅游公司”、村委會及政府等的角色扮演,漁民民俗文化展演過程中文化變遷及各“博弈”主體的最大化利益謀求,并對南泓南村“漁家樂”民俗旅游開發(fā)過程中出現的相關問題進行剖析,力圖找到可行性解決方案。 本文共分為五個部分： 第一部分為緒論,說明本文選題的背景、意義,梳理國內外研究現狀,明確主要研究方法及田野點選擇,為下文的展開做鋪墊。 第二部分概述南泓南村的村落背景,重點闡述田野點漁民民俗旅游的傳承特征,“漁家樂”民俗旅游村的生成原因等。 第三部分集中關注南泓南村“漁家樂”民俗旅游開發(fā)狀況,通過與其他三個田野參照點的對比,分析個案點民俗旅游的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢；進而探討“漁家樂”民俗旅游對個案點的社會文化及經濟發(fā)展影響。 第四部分通過對第三部分闡述中存在的問題進行總結、剖析,主要集中在以下幾方面：各利益主體的角色定位及“博弈”過程,村落民俗旅游環(huán)境中存在的問題,還有“漁家樂”民俗旅游對村落經濟發(fā)展的影響。 第五部分在總結分析前述內容的基礎上,針對具體的實踐考察,提出基于南泓南村“漁家樂”民俗旅游開發(fā)的兩個“可行性”。一是從組織結構上探討“公司(營利性組織)+漁戶”社區(qū)參與型到“漁家樂合作協會(非營利性組織)+漁戶”社區(qū)主導型經營模式實施的“可行性”；另一方面從目前的旅游規(guī)劃格局中探求“漁家樂”民俗旅游村規(guī)劃方案的“可行性”。本文通過對以上相關問題的論述,得出以下結論：一個“漁家樂”民俗旅游村的開發(fā)狀況及問題,不僅僅是一個村自身的原因,除包含外源性因素的影響外,也深受內生式發(fā)展因素的制約。在民俗旅游開發(fā)的過程中,涉及漁民民俗文化所受影響及村民、游客、村委、旅游公司、政府等多方利益的“博弈”過程,引起村落社區(qū)的民俗文化變遷。如何達到利益最大化的“多贏化”局面,是一個值得探討的問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the development of folk tourism and its influence on village society, Field investigation was carried out on four villages in Haiyang, Shandong Province, including Nanhong South Village, Haiyang Town, Shandong Province. The main investigation points were as follows: Nanhong South Village, Haiyangsuo Town, Baisha Tan Town, Da Tao Jia Village, Rushankou Town, Nantang Jia Village, etc. Jiangjiazhuang Village, Haiyang Town, is the reference point of the field for comparative study and analysis. This paper focuses on the role played by the "receptionist", "Haixia Tourism Company", the village committee and the government in the process of establishing folk tourism in Nanhong South Village. In the course of the exhibition of fishermen 'folk culture, the cultural changes and the maximization benefits of the main bodies of "game" are sought, and the related problems in the development of folk tourism of "Yujiayue" in Nanhong South Village are analyzed in order to find a feasible solution. This paper is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which explains the background and significance of this topic, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, clarifies the main research methods and the choice of field points, and paves the way for the following. The second part summarizes the village background of Nanhong South Village, focusing on the inheritance characteristics of folk tourism of fishermen in the field, and the reasons for the formation of folk tourism village of "Yujiayue". The third part focuses on the development of "Yujiayue" folklore tourism in Nanhong South Village, and analyzes the development advantages of the case point folk-custom tourism through the comparison with the other three field reference points. Then it discusses the impact of folk tourism on the social culture and economic development. Part 4th summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the third part, mainly focusing on the following aspects: the role orientation of the main interests and the process of "game", the problems existing in the village folk tourism environment. There is also "Yue Yue" folk tourism on the economic development of villages. In the 5th part, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the above-mentioned contents, the author investigates the concrete practice. This paper puts forward two "feasibility" of folk tourism development based on "Yujiayue" in Nanhong Village. The first is to discuss the community participation type from the organizational structure of "company (for-profit organization) fishers" to "fishermen's music cooperative association (non-profit group)". On the other hand, the feasibility of folk tourism village planning scheme of "Yujiayue" is explored from the current pattern of tourism planning. The following conclusions are drawn: the development situation and problems of a folk tourism village of "Yujiayue" are not only the causes of a village itself, but also the influence of exogenous factors. It is also restricted by endogenous development factors. In the process of developing folklore tourism, it involves the influence of the folk culture of fishermen and the "game" process of the villagers, tourists, village committee members, tourism companies, government and so on. How to achieve the "multi-win" situation of maximization of benefits is a problem worth discussing.
