【摘要】：對湖南武岡市社區(qū)音樂實(shí)踐的考察表明,中國社區(qū)音樂的發(fā)展通常利用所在社區(qū)豐富的地域文化資源與民間音樂形式,在政府直接干預(yù)下開展社區(qū)音樂的演出、推廣和宣傳活動。這一發(fā)展模式存在如下問題:功利性太強(qiáng),欠缺正確的觀念疏導(dǎo);缺乏法制保障下的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動力;政府干預(yù)機(jī)制不健全,資金支撐和組織保障匱乏。應(yīng)當(dāng)通過如下措施來促進(jìn)我國社區(qū)音樂的健康發(fā)展:端正社區(qū)音樂的發(fā)展理念,統(tǒng)合社區(qū)音樂的文化性、娛樂性與社會性、政治性;健全法律保障機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)社區(qū)音樂發(fā)展的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動力;健全國家干預(yù)機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化社區(qū)音樂發(fā)展的資金支撐與組織保障。
[Abstract]:An investigation of the practice of community music in Wugang City, Hunan Province shows that the development of community music in China usually uses the rich regional cultural resources and folk music forms of the communities in which they live to perform community music under the direct intervention of the government. Promotion and publicity activities. There are the following problems in this development model: too utilitarian, lacking of correct ideas, lack of internal driving force under the guarantee of the rule of law, imperfect mechanism of government intervention, The following measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of community music in China: correct the development concept of community music, integrate the cultural, entertainment and social, political nature of community music; Perfect the legal safeguard mechanism, strengthen the internal driving force of the community music development, perfect the state intervention mechanism, strengthen the fund support and organization guarantee of the community music development.
