【摘要】：當前，文化越來越成為民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的重要源泉、越來越成為綜合國力競爭的重要因素。自從“提高國家文化軟實力”首次出現(xiàn)在十七大報告中，提升國家的文化軟實力成為了我國一項重要的國家戰(zhàn)略。因此，深入研究提升我國文化軟實力的問題，具有重大的理論意義和實踐意義。 本論文共五章。第一章是導論，介紹了文化軟實力的研究背景和意義，研究現(xiàn)狀，研究方法和特色以及研究重點和創(chuàng)新之處。第二章是文化軟實力的基本理論的概述，從文化和軟實力的內(nèi)涵入手，，分析了文化軟實力的內(nèi)涵以及文化軟實力與綜合國力的關(guān)系。第三章是提升我國文化軟實力的重大意義，以引起我們對文化軟實力建設的重視。第四章是提升我國文化軟實力面臨的困境，通過具體分析我國文化軟實力建設存在的問題，為下一章路徑部分提供依據(jù)。第五章是提升我國文化軟實力的路徑選擇，這是全文的落腳點和歸宿。根據(jù)我國文化軟實力建設中存在的具體問題，有針對性地提出了一些實踐性較強的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:At present, culture is increasingly becoming an important source of national cohesion and creativity and an important factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength. Since "improving the soft Power of National Culture" appeared for the first time in the report of the 17th National Congress, It has become an important national strategy to promote the cultural soft power of our country. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the issue of enhancing the cultural soft power of our country in depth. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background and significance of cultural soft power, the present research situation, the research methods and characteristics, the research emphases and innovations. The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory of cultural soft power. Starting with the connotation of culture and soft power, this paper analyzes the connotation of cultural soft power and the relationship between cultural soft power and comprehensive national strength. In order to arouse our attention to the construction of cultural soft power. Chapter 4th is the dilemma of promoting the cultural soft power of our country. Through the concrete analysis of the problems existing in the construction of cultural soft power in our country, Chapter 5th is the path choice to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture, which is the destination and destination of the full text. According to the concrete problems in the construction of the soft power of our country's culture, Some practical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
