【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)不只是沿線國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作,也是沿線國(guó)家人文交流互動(dòng)的過程。在這方面,上海要以客觀嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度認(rèn)知人文交流,既能融合各國(guó)文化,又能"取精棄粕",發(fā)展自身文化,形成世界潮流和地方特色包容兼并的"新海派文化"。上海要借鑒歐美日韓的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),推"輕"項(xiàng)目走出去�？蓮耐莆幕a(chǎn)品入手,讓教育、影視、美食文化等率先走出去,再帶動(dòng)其他的"輕"項(xiàng)目共同走出去。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is not only a process of economic and trade cooperation between the countries along the route, but also an interactive process of people-to-people exchanges between the countries along the route. In this respect, Shanghai should adopt an objective and rigorous attitude in recognizing cultural exchanges, which can not only integrate the cultures of all countries, Shanghai should learn from the successful experiences of Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea, and push "light" projects out of the country. We can start with cultural products and let education take place. Film and TV, food culture and so on first go out, and then drive other "light" projects to go out together.
