【摘要】：藏族是青藏高原古老的民族,千百年來,藏民族在青藏高原上珍惜愛護高原生態(tài)環(huán)境,創(chuàng)造了與高原自然生態(tài)環(huán)境和諧相處的價值觀念、生活方式與民族文化,并創(chuàng)造了與青藏高原文化土壤相適應的藏族習慣法文化。這種法治文化的傳承距今為止已有幾千年的歷史,具有鮮明的特質(zhì),而且對社會穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以及規(guī)范人們行為等都產(chǎn)生過深刻的影響,尤其對青藏高原自然環(huán)境的保護和生態(tài)平衡以及尊崇世間一切生命物方面,發(fā)揮了重要的作用。這種本土法治文化為保護和改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,防治各種環(huán)境污染和其他公害,進一步推進中國的生態(tài)文明建設,促進經(jīng)濟社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展與環(huán)境資源法治建設事業(yè)等方面都將會產(chǎn)生積極意義。
[Abstract]:For thousands of years, the Tibetan people have cherished and cared for the plateau's ecological environment on the Tibetan Plateau and created a concept of value, a way of life and a national culture that live in harmony with the plateau's natural ecological environment. And has created a culture of Tibetan customary law adapted to the cultural soil of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The inheritance of this culture of rule of law has a history of several thousand years, has distinctive characteristics, and is of social stability. Economic development and the regulation of human behavior have had a profound impact on the protection and ecological balance of the natural environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, as well as on the reverence of all living things in the world, This local culture of the rule of law has played an important role in protecting and improving the ecological environment, preventing and controlling all kinds of environmental pollution and other public hazards, and further promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China. The promotion of sustainable economic and social development and the construction of environmental resources by law will have positive significance.
