【摘要】：正2017年11月3日,賀蘭縣文廣局在賀蘭縣欣榮村舉行了貫徹十九大精神文藝演出活動暨欣榮村分館開放儀式。自治區(qū)文化廳、銀川市文化新聞廣電局、賀蘭縣人大、政府及文廣局的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導出席了開館儀式。2017年4月,賀蘭縣圖書館總分館建設(shè)作為全縣首批開工項目啟動。同時采購了總分館數(shù)字圖平臺升級及自助借還設(shè)備,招標金額達到74萬元。欣榮村分館改造建設(shè)經(jīng)費預(yù)計30萬元,改造面積208平米,分館采取文化館、圖書館共建共享、分
