【摘要】：貴州省是一個(gè)多民族聚居的省份,民族村寨數(shù)量眾多,且各具特色。目前,貴州省的民族特色村寨建設(shè)工作取得了一定的成績(jī),在制度建設(shè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、傳承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、促進(jìn)民族關(guān)系團(tuán)結(jié)等方面成績(jī)突出。但是,在整體的特色村寨建設(shè)中仍然存在著一些普遍的問(wèn)題,如政府部門協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制不健全、村民保護(hù)意識(shí)淡薄、村寨勞動(dòng)力流失嚴(yán)重、文化的活態(tài)傳承面臨危機(jī)等等,民族特色村寨的可持續(xù)發(fā)展仍有極大的提升空間;建議完善制度建設(shè),使村寨走上法治化發(fā)展道路;堅(jiān)持發(fā)揮政府的主導(dǎo)、引導(dǎo)和統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)作用;創(chuàng)新村寨的發(fā)展模式,保護(hù)和利用并行;加大對(duì)少數(shù)民族群眾的技能培訓(xùn),提升自我發(fā)展能力;動(dòng)員社會(huì)力量廣泛參與,整合利用多方資源;提高重視程度,促進(jìn)民族傳統(tǒng)文化的活態(tài)傳承。
[Abstract]:Guizhou Province is a multi-ethnic province, the number of ethnic villages are numerous, and each has its own characteristics. At present, Guizhou Province has made certain achievements in the construction of the national characteristics of the village construction, in the system construction, infrastructure construction. Optimizing the industrial structure, inheriting excellent traditional culture, promoting the unity of ethnic relations and other aspects of outstanding achievements. However, there are still some common problems in the construction of the village with the overall characteristics. If the coordination mechanism of the government is not perfect, the villagers' consciousness of protection is weak, the labor force of the village is losing seriously, the living state of the culture is facing crisis, the sustainable development of the village with national characteristics still has great room for improvement. It is suggested to perfect the system construction and make the village go on the road of legal development. Persevere in giving play to the leading role of the government, guiding and coordinating as a whole; Innovating the development mode of village, protecting and utilizing parallel; Strengthen the skill training for the minority people and improve their self-development ability; Mobilize social forces to participate extensively and integrate and utilize various resources; Improve the degree of attention to promote the national traditional culture of the living state of transmission.
