中國與巴拉圭的商務(wù)文化異同

【摘要】:在當今的全球化時代,一方面世界各地的跨國貿(mào)易都在迅速擴展,另一方面各國的貿(mào)易保護主義也在抬頭。因此,關(guān)注國家文化差異對跨國商務(wù)活動的影響,已成為跨文化研究的最新趨勢。 本論文的研究目的是探討中國與巴拉圭商務(wù)文化的異同。借用歐洲商業(yè)管理學(xué)院教授弗恩斯·特朗皮納斯(Fons Trompenars,亦譯馮·特姆彭納斯)和英國劍橋大學(xué)教授查爾斯·漢普頓·特納(CharlesHampden-Turner)的“文化維度”概念和相關(guān)文化差異對比方式,本論文重點分析中國和巴拉圭商業(yè)人士在商務(wù)活動中對他人的態(tài)度、對時間的態(tài)度、對環(huán)境的態(tài)度等文化差異。論文通過發(fā)放問卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對比和深入的個人訪談,以及對調(diào)研和訪談得到的中國與巴拉圭人之不同觀點的仔細分析,主要得出以下結(jié)論: (?)在人際關(guān)系取向上,巴拉圭商人正由普遍主義轉(zhuǎn)變成特殊主義,而中國商人則正從特殊主義轉(zhuǎn)化為普遍主義;在利益取向上,巴拉圭商人和中國商人都屬于集體主義者;在情感表達上,巴拉圭商人容易受強烈的情感影響而中國商人則是情感中立型;在交往尺度上,巴拉圭商人是把工作與生活分開來但中國商人則是恰恰相反;在確定身份地位上,巴拉圭和中國社會并沒體現(xiàn)差異。 (?)對時間的態(tài)度也不一樣。巴拉圭商人是考慮現(xiàn)在,而中國商人更看重未來。 (?)對自然的態(tài)度:巴拉圭商人和中國商人對自然的態(tài)度看法相似。
[Abstract]:In the present era of globalization, on the one hand, the transnational trade is expanding rapidly all over the world, on the other hand, the protectionism of various countries is also on the rise. Therefore, we should pay attention to the influence of national cultural differences on transnational business activities. It has become the latest trend of cross-cultural research. The purpose of this paper is to explore the similarities and differences between Chinese and Paraguayan business cultures. Charles Hampden-Turnerand Charles Hampden-Turner, Professor, Cambridge University, England. The concept of "cultural dimension" and the comparative ways of cultural differences. This paper focuses on the cultural differences between Chinese and Paraguayan businessmen in their business activities, such as attitudes towards others, attitudes towards time, and attitudes towards the environment. A comparison of statistical data and in-depth personal interviews, as well as a careful analysis of the different views of Chinese and Paraguayan people obtained from research and interviews, have led to the following conclusions: What? In terms of interpersonal orientation, Paraguayan businessmen are changing from universalism to specialism, while Chinese businessmen are changing from particularity to universalism. In terms of interest orientation, both Paraguayan businessmen and Chinese businessmen belong to collectivists. In terms of emotional expression, Paraguayan businessmen are easily influenced by strong emotions, while Chinese businessmen are emotion-neutral; On the scale of communication, Paraguayan businessmen separate work from life, but Chinese businessmen do the opposite. In the determination of identity status, Paraguay and Chinese society does not reflect differences. What? There is also a different attitude to time. Paraguayan businessmen think of the present, while the Chinese look more at the future. What? Attitude towards Nature: Paraguayan businessmen and Chinese businessmen have similar views on nature.
