【摘要】：隨著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的不斷提高,農(nóng)民們的生活水平也有著明顯的改善,當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)民需要解決的最迫切的問(wèn)題就是農(nóng)村文化生活,但是由于經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)在發(fā)展上有一定的差距,發(fā)展水平不平等,促使農(nóng)村的文化建設(shè)相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)成為了比較薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。 本文選取具有豐富文化底蘊(yùn)的龍井市為研究對(duì)象,基于文化與新農(nóng)村文化加上你和理論,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情與龍井市實(shí)際情況,從硬件與軟件兩方面分析了當(dāng)前龍井市新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)發(fā)展情況,得出在未來(lái)的發(fā)展中龍井市要努力推動(dòng)新農(nóng)村文化的軟件建設(shè),要形成“用文化來(lái)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,用經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來(lái)將文化的影響力擴(kuò)大”的發(fā)展新格局的結(jié)論。 但是,從現(xiàn)狀分析結(jié)果來(lái)看,目前主要存在新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)缺少自主品牌,影響力不夠；公共文化服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不夠先進(jìn)：人們的思想道德水平不高、民族價(jià)值觀水平不高：人才稀缺；文化體系不夠完善等問(wèn)題。 針對(duì)存在的這些問(wèn)題剖析了其原因,并提出了要打造自主品牌,加大宣傳力度,提高影響力；對(duì)公共文化服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)進(jìn)行保障；增強(qiáng)人們的思想道德、民族價(jià)值觀水平；加強(qiáng)文化建設(shè)中對(duì)于人才的培養(yǎng)；加快完善文化體系建設(shè)等五方面的措施建議。 這些措施對(duì)于龍井市在今后的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展上都有一定的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the level of rural economic development, the standard of living of farmers has also been significantly improved. At present, the most urgent problem that farmers need to solve is the rural cultural life. However, because there is a certain gap between economy and society in development, and the level of development is unequal, the cultural construction in rural areas has become a relatively weak link. This paper selects Longjing City with rich cultural background as the research object, based on culture and new rural culture plus you and the theory, combined with our national conditions and the actual situation of Longjing City. This paper analyzes the development of the new rural culture construction in Longjing City from two aspects of hardware and software, and concludes that Longjing City should make great efforts to promote the software construction of the new rural culture in the future development. It is necessary to form a new development pattern of "using culture to improve economic development and using economic development to expand the influence of culture". However, from the analysis of the present situation, there is a lack of independent brand in the construction of new rural culture, and the influence is not enough; Public cultural service infrastructure is not advanced enough: people's ideological and moral level is not high, the level of national values is not high: talent is scarce; Cultural system is not perfect and so on. In view of these problems, this paper analyzes the reasons, and puts forward that we should build our own brand, strengthen propaganda and improve the influence. Guarantee the construction of public cultural service infrastructure; Strengthen people's ideological and moral, national values; Strengthening the cultivation of talents in cultural construction; Measures to speed up the construction of the cultural system and other measures. These measures for Longjing City in the future development of various undertakings have a certain role in promoting.
