【摘要】：文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)是近期備受民眾熱議的題材之一。伴同城鎮(zhèn)化步伐的加快,城區(qū)建設(shè)熱潮不斷高漲,城市日漸趨同,城市豐饒的文化資產(chǎn)受到嚴(yán)重破壞,城市特殊性遭受亙古未有的危境。城市文化最首要的構(gòu)成面之一就是城市文化遺產(chǎn),城市文化資產(chǎn)的維護(hù)對(duì)城市精髓的繼承至關(guān)重要,為了更好地傳承城市文化精華,城市文化資產(chǎn)保衛(wèi)的緊要性也將日漸突出。政府充當(dāng)城市文化資產(chǎn)護(hù)衛(wèi)的主要實(shí)施者之一,飾演舉足輕重的腳色。論文應(yīng)用行政學(xué)等有關(guān)理論,從政府職責(zé)視角探析當(dāng)局在城區(qū)文化資產(chǎn)維護(hù)中具體職責(zé)界限。行文根據(jù)對(duì)我國城區(qū)文化財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù)現(xiàn)況的解析,而后處理完善現(xiàn)階段政府在城區(qū)文化財(cái)產(chǎn)修護(hù)中出現(xiàn)的困境,并分析判辨其產(chǎn)生原因。通過對(duì)國外組織部門在城鎮(zhèn)文化財(cái)產(chǎn)修繕中先進(jìn)理念進(jìn)行分析,從而得出我國政府完備城鎮(zhèn)歷史資產(chǎn)保護(hù)的對(duì)策。文章分為三部分對(duì)上文施行闡說:第一部分:本章主要對(duì)城市文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)中涉及的基本概念進(jìn)行界定,在對(duì)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)分析后,重點(diǎn)論述政府在城市文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)中的責(zé)任。第二部分:本章提出了我國城市文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)工作中政府責(zé)任履行的現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)一步分析存在問題的原因。第三部分:本章主要陳述國外城市機(jī)構(gòu)在文化資產(chǎn)維護(hù)中博得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),遂在此基礎(chǔ)上,思考我國政府應(yīng)該從那些方面強(qiáng)化對(duì)城市文化資產(chǎn)維護(hù)的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:The protection of cultural heritage is one of the most popular topics recently, accompanied by the acceleration of urbanization, the upsurge of urban construction, the increasing convergence of cities, the city's abundant cultural assets have been seriously damaged. One of the most important aspects of urban culture is urban cultural heritage, and the maintenance of urban cultural assets is of great importance to the inheritance of the essence of the city. In order to better inherit the essence of urban culture, the importance of the protection of urban cultural assets will become increasingly prominent. The government acts as one of the main implementers of the protection of urban cultural assets. Play an important role. The thesis applies the theory of administration and so on. From the perspective of government responsibility, this paper explores the specific limits of the authorities' responsibilities in the maintenance of urban cultural assets. The article is based on the analysis of the current situation of the protection of cultural property in urban areas of China. And then deal with the plight of the government in the repair of urban cultural property at this stage, and analyze the reasons. Through the analysis of the advanced ideas of foreign organizations in the repair of urban cultural property. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part: this chapter mainly defines the basic concepts involved in the protection of urban cultural heritage. After analyzing the relevant theoretical basis. Focus on the responsibility of the government in the protection of urban cultural heritage. Part two:. This chapter puts forward the status quo of government responsibility in the protection of urban cultural heritage in China and further analyzes the causes of the existing problems. Part three:. This chapter mainly describes the successful experience of foreign urban institutions in the maintenance of cultural assets. On the basis of this, our government should strengthen the responsibility for the maintenance of urban cultural assets from those aspects.
