【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要性日益顯現(xiàn),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展離不開政府的引導(dǎo)和金融部門的資金支持。本文利用2013-2015年江蘇省13個設(shè)區(qū)市的面板數(shù)據(jù),實證分析了地方公共文化支出和銀行信貸資金對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的影響。結(jié)果表明,公共文化支出對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持,以及便捷的金融支持對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型具有積極作用。在當(dāng)前加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景下,應(yīng)通過公共支出結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和金融機(jī)構(gòu)資金的引導(dǎo),來促進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is becoming more and more important in the development of local economy. The transformation and development of the cultural industry can not be separated from the guidance of the government and the financial sector. This paper uses the panel data of 13 districts and cities in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2015. Empirical analysis of the impact of local public cultural expenditure and bank credit funds on the transformation and development of cultural industry. The results show that public cultural expenditure on cultural industry support. And convenient financial support has a positive effect on the development and transformation of cultural industry. Under the background of accelerating the development of cultural industry, we should optimize the structure of public expenditure and guide the funds of financial institutions. To promote the cultural industry transformation and development.
