【摘要】：公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)作為文化建設(shè)的重要方面,其建設(shè)發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)有著重要的意義。本文在了解與公益性文化事業(yè)相關(guān)的概念、理論基礎(chǔ),公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的原則以及重要意義的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)出目前廣東省公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,找出當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)的問題和弊端,并針對(duì)這些問題,最終找出具有廣東省特色的公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的對(duì)策及成長(zhǎng)路徑。本文結(jié)構(gòu)和體系具體安排如下:第一章介紹了論文研究背景、研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容和思路,研究方法,并且概括介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)問題的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章介紹了本文寫作所涉及的相關(guān)概念以及理論基礎(chǔ)。作者在結(jié)合前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了公益性文化事業(yè)的概念、范圍以及公益性文化事業(yè)與經(jīng)營(yíng)性文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的相互關(guān)系。同時(shí)介紹了本文相關(guān)的文化理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章在第二章的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)和發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)的重要意義,以及在建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程應(yīng)遵循的三大基本原則。第四章在分析其公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上研究廣東省公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)取得成績(jī)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和出現(xiàn)問題的原因。第五章主要針對(duì)前一章提出的問題,制定出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策以及適應(yīng)的路徑,分別從投資主體、運(yùn)營(yíng)方式和監(jiān)管體系三大方面提出改善廣東省公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的對(duì)策及路徑分析。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,旨在研究廣東省公益性文化事業(yè)的建設(shè)狀況,在歸納其建設(shè)的歷史進(jìn)程、現(xiàn)狀及原因的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出適合廣東省的建設(shè)和發(fā)展的對(duì)策及路徑,具有個(gè)性化特點(diǎn),是帶有地區(qū)特色的公益性文化事業(yè)的個(gè)性化研究。同時(shí)建設(shè)和發(fā)展的對(duì)策和路徑是建立在信息時(shí)代的基礎(chǔ)上,通過數(shù)字信息化、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái),達(dá)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源共享來(lái)加強(qiáng)公共文化服務(wù)體系,具有一定創(chuàng)新性,盡量保證文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展變化相適應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:As an important aspect of cultural construction, the construction and development of public welfare culture is of great significance to the construction of socialist society with Chinese characteristics. On the basis of the theoretical basis, the principles and significance of the construction of public welfare cultural cause, this paper summarizes the current situation of the construction of public welfare cultural cause in Guangdong Province, and finds out the current problems and drawbacks. And in view of these problems, finally find out the characteristics of Guangdong Province public welfare cultural construction strategy and growth path. The structure and system of this paper as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background, research significance. Research contents and ideas, research methods. And introduced the domestic and foreign scholars on the public welfare cultural cause construction research status quo. The second chapter introduces the related concepts involved in this paper and the theoretical basis. The author in combination with previous studies on the basis. The concept and scope of the public welfare cultural cause and the relationship between the public welfare cultural cause and the commercial cultural industry are clarified. At the same time, the relevant cultural theoretical basis of this paper is introduced. Chapter three is based on the second chapter. This paper introduces the significance of the construction and development of public welfare cultural undertakings to our country. And three basic principles to be followed in the process of construction and development. Chapter 4th: based on the analysis of the present situation of the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings in Guangdong Province, the experience and problems in the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings in Guangdong Province are studied. Chapter 5th focuses on the issues raised in the previous chapter. To formulate the corresponding solutions and adapt to the path, respectively from the main investment. Three aspects of operation mode and supervision system are put forward to improve the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings in Guangdong Province countermeasures and path analysis. The innovation of this paper is to study the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings in Guangdong Province. On the basis of summing up the historical process, present situation and reasons of its construction, this paper summarizes the countermeasures and paths suitable for the construction and development of Guangdong Province, which has the characteristic of individuation. At the same time, the countermeasures and paths of construction and development are based on the information age, through digital information, Internet platform. To achieve network resource sharing to strengthen the public cultural service system, it is innovative to ensure that the culture adapts to the development and change of economy and society as far as possible.
