【摘要】:在全球化的新境遇下,文化問題日益凸顯。國與國之間的博弈方式發(fā)生傾斜,文化開始作為一種獨立的“軟力量”登上國際舞臺。美國有位享譽海內(nèi)外的學(xué)者約瑟夫·奈首次對軟實力這個詞匯進行了準(zhǔn)確詳細的解釋。隨后,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者掀起了對文化軟實力的研究狂潮。而關(guān)于文化軟實力形成發(fā)展的研究,本文試圖從全球化的角度給予文化軟實力形成發(fā)展的理論依據(jù),從而更好的把握文化軟實力未來的發(fā)展趨勢,提升本國的文化軟實力。隨著全球化概念的提出以及全球化發(fā)展進程的不斷推進。美國著名政治學(xué)家塞繆爾·亨廷頓的文明沖突理論首次闡釋清楚文化問題在全球化時代的日益凸顯。主要表現(xiàn)在兩個方面:一方面,殖民者的殖民方式發(fā)生改變,在侵占領(lǐng)土的同時還進行文化價值理念的傳播與滲透。另一方面,全球化時代文化交往的彼此滲入則必然會導(dǎo)致不同文化之間的矛盾和沖突,進而產(chǎn)生文化的競爭與認(rèn)同危機的產(chǎn)生。而最后文化軟實力即是形成于這種背景下的文化競爭力和認(rèn)同力,它是基于共同利益一致的競爭的基礎(chǔ)上形成的新的文化范式。文化軟實力源自于全球化時代文化的競爭與認(rèn)同。由于不同文化之間的差異性,所以,正是在這種全球化的文化競爭中勢必產(chǎn)生強弱文化,而強弱文化的存在進而導(dǎo)致了全球化時代文化落差的出現(xiàn),這種文化的落差致使文化軟實力呈現(xiàn)出高低不同的態(tài)勢,即成為衡量文化軟實力發(fā)展的一般性根據(jù)。隨著全球化進程的不斷推進,世界歷史進入到一個新的階段,即文化全球化時代。不同文化實體的國家在面對人類共同利益、共同問題解決的過程中由原本的沖突矛盾轉(zhuǎn)而走向文化的整合與交流。文化軟實力亦隨著這種趨勢不斷發(fā)展,其不僅表現(xiàn)為各文化體之間的競爭,更是全球性時代共同生活的文化表達,是全球化文化整合過程中解決共同問題的一種文化訴求,即為文化軟實力發(fā)展的本質(zhì)性依據(jù),從而開啟了從該維度來研究文化軟實力形成發(fā)展的新視角。中國文化軟實力的提升應(yīng)順應(yīng)全球化時代文化軟實力的發(fā)展趨勢而制定與之相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略。不斷彌補與發(fā)達國家之間的文化落差,并積極的融入到全球化的文化整合過程中去,展示中國文化的獨特魅力和內(nèi)在價值,逐步拓寬本民族文化的生存空間,并最終加強整個國家各方面的軟實力水平,進而使該民族具有更強大的競爭力。為全球化的共同問題的解決貢獻一份力量,并且能被世界上不同民族、不同國家接納、承認(rèn)、推崇,甚至效仿,成為引領(lǐng)時代進步方向的的科學(xué)的、現(xiàn)代化的文化。所以,本論文堅持以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合全球化的時代背景從歷史唯物主義的角度對文化軟實力的形成發(fā)展加以分析,為文化軟實力的形成發(fā)展提供了更為深刻的全球化的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Under the new circumstances of globalization, cultural problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Culture began to emerge on the international stage as an independent "soft power." Joseph Nye, a renowned American scholar at home and abroad, explained the term "soft power" in great detail for the first time. Scholars at home and abroad have set off a frenzy of research on cultural soft power. On the research of the formation and development of cultural soft power, this paper attempts to give the theoretical basis for the formation and development of cultural soft power from the perspective of globalization. In order to better grasp the future development trend of cultural soft power. To enhance the soft power of our own culture. With the concept of globalization and the continuous advancement of the development of globalization. Samuel Huntington, a famous American political scientist, explains for the first time that cultural problems are fully understood. The times of spheroidization are becoming more and more prominent. In the era of globalization, the infiltration of cultural exchanges will inevitably lead to contradictions and conflicts between different cultures. And the final cultural soft power is the cultural competitiveness and identity power formed under this background. It is a new cultural paradigm based on the competition of common interests. The soft power of culture originates from the competition and identity of culture in the era of globalization. It is in this globalization of cultural competition is bound to produce strong and weak culture, and the existence of strong and weak culture leads to the emergence of cultural gap in the era of globalization. This kind of cultural difference causes the cultural soft power to show a different situation, that is to say, it becomes the general basis to measure the development of cultural soft power. World history has entered a new stage, that is, the era of cultural globalization. Countries with different cultural entities are facing the common interests of mankind. In the process of solving common problems from the original conflicts to cultural integration and communication. Cultural soft power is also developing along with this trend, which is not only reflected in the competition between different cultural bodies. It is also the cultural expression of living together in the global era, which is a kind of cultural appeal to solve the common problems in the process of cultural integration of globalization, that is, the essential basis for the development of cultural soft power. This opens a new angle of view from which to study the formation and development of cultural soft power. The promotion of Chinese cultural soft power should conform to the development trend of cultural soft power in the era of globalization and formulate corresponding development strategies. To make up for the cultural gap with the developed countries. And actively integrated into the globalization of the process of cultural integration to show the unique charm and intrinsic value of Chinese culture, gradually broaden the living space of the national culture. And ultimately strengthen the level of soft power in all aspects of the country, thereby making the nation more competitive, contribute to the solution of the common problems of globalization, and be able to be different peoples in the world. Different countries accept, recognize, promote, even emulate, become the scientific and modern culture leading the direction of progress of the times. Therefore, this paper insists on Marxism as the guide. Based on the background of globalization, this paper analyzes the formation and development of cultural soft power from the angle of historical materialism, which provides a more profound theoretical basis of globalization for the formation and development of cultural soft power.
