【摘要】：軟實力在和平與發(fā)展的時代主題下成為日益重要的國際競爭要素。提升文化軟實力是增強國家整體軟實力的重要途徑,提高文化軟實力具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。它既能為我國對內(nèi)的科學發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略基礎,又能為我國對外的和平發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境。由于社會主義核心價值觀在文化軟實力構(gòu)建中處于統(tǒng)攝和主導地位,因此培育踐行社會主義核心價值觀是增強文化軟實力的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Under the theme of peace and development, soft power has become an increasingly important element of international competition. Improving the soft power of culture is an important way to strengthen the soft power of the country as a whole, and it is of great strategic significance to improve the soft strength of the culture. It can not only provide a strategic basis for the scientific development of our country, but also provide a strategic environment for the peaceful development of our country. Because the core values of socialism in the cultural soft power construction in general and the dominant position, so the cultivation practice the socialist core values is the key link of strengthening cultural soft power.
