【摘要】：到19世紀(jì)末，美國(guó)已經(jīng)完成了從自由資本主義進(jìn)入壟斷資本主義的過(guò)渡時(shí)期，并逐漸成為一個(gè)世界上新的帝國(guó)主義強(qiáng)國(guó)。1898年美西戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)，正是美國(guó)在亞太地區(qū)的擴(kuò)張以及世界秩序重組的結(jié)果。美西戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以西班牙的失敗而結(jié)束，，并在美國(guó)和西班牙之間簽訂了《巴黎條約》。在菲律賓戰(zhàn)區(qū)，由于美西戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的失敗，西班牙將原屬的菲律賓群島割讓給美國(guó)。因此，菲律賓在經(jīng)過(guò)超過(guò)300年的西班牙統(tǒng)治后，開(kāi)始進(jìn)入美國(guó)統(tǒng)治時(shí)期。由于當(dāng)時(shí)的國(guó)際背景和美國(guó)本身是一個(gè)新興的帝國(guó)主義強(qiáng)國(guó)，因而美國(guó)在制定對(duì)菲律賓的政治，經(jīng)濟(jì)，文化等政策與其他的帝國(guó)主義有所不同。從1898年到1946年（除了1941年至1945年日軍占領(lǐng)的期間以外），美國(guó)在菲律賓近50年的統(tǒng)治里，在不同的歷史階段又具有不同的特點(diǎn)。而這段美國(guó)的統(tǒng)治經(jīng)驗(yàn)已深刻地影響了菲律賓的政治，經(jīng)濟(jì)，文化和社會(huì)其他各方面。通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)在菲律賓的政策分析，以及這一歷史時(shí)期對(duì)菲律賓的發(fā)展影響，我們可以看到美國(guó)作為一個(gè)新興的資本主義強(qiáng)國(guó)與舊的殖民國(guó)家在對(duì)外政策的形成與制定的不同。本文將試圖對(duì)美國(guó)在菲律賓的政策進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)，客觀和全面的研究，分析特定歷史時(shí)期下美國(guó)政策特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)菲律賓的發(fā)展影響。
