【摘要】：最近,印尼和中國的外交關(guān)系在復(fù)牌后變得越來越近了。在1990年兩國家發(fā)出了“兩國外交關(guān)系的恢復(fù)公報”這驅(qū)使他們在許多方面有著良好的合作。簽署聯(lián)合協(xié)議后,印尼-中國在政治,經(jīng)濟(jì),軍事等方面建立了伙伴關(guān)系。兩國關(guān)系自1980年以來有所改善。中國外長錢其琛會見了總統(tǒng)印尼蘇哈托和國務(wù)部長Moerdiono于1989年,就兩國外交關(guān)系的恢復(fù)問題進(jìn)行了討論。于1989年12月,兩國舉行了會談關(guān)于兩國恢復(fù)關(guān)系的技術(shù)問題,并簽署了會議紀(jì)要。雙方發(fā)表了和解協(xié)議于印尼對中國的債務(wù)義務(wù)并在兩國外交關(guān)系的恢復(fù)公報。1990年7月,印度尼西亞外交部長阿里·阿拉塔斯應(yīng)邀訪問了中國,雙方提出了印尼對華債務(wù)的協(xié)議并對兩國恢復(fù)外交關(guān)系發(fā)出了公報。蘇西洛·班邦·尤多約諾總統(tǒng)在位期間(SBY)即2004-2009和2009-2014兩個時期,印尼和中國之間的關(guān)系日益蓬勃發(fā)展。2005年4月25日中國國家主席胡錦濤訪問印度尼西亞并與印尼簽署“戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系”協(xié)議一事標(biāo)志著兩國外交關(guān)系達(dá)到頂峰。戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系聯(lián)合宣言發(fā)布后2005年4月在雅加達(dá),2010-2015印度尼西亞——中華人民共和國正在加強(qiáng)的簽署戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系行動計劃開始實施,中印尼戰(zhàn)略成為未來的“全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系”。
