【摘要】：奧巴馬政府致力于推動(dòng)"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略,而獨(dú)島問題成為冷戰(zhàn)后阻滯美日韓三邊合作的主要障礙。通過操弄中國崛起及朝鮮核威脅一體,美國得以激活美日、美韓聯(lián)盟,有效地控制了獨(dú)島問題的激化。然而,主權(quán)爭議的存在依然限制著日韓深度合作。在未來一段時(shí)期內(nèi),美國仍難以說服任何一方放棄對獨(dú)島的主權(quán)要求,也不可能消除獨(dú)島爭端對韓日關(guān)系帶來的沖擊。
[Abstract]:The Obama administration is committed to promoting a "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy, and the Dokdo issue has become a major obstacle to trilateral cooperation between the United States, Japan and South Korea after the Cold War. By playing with the rise of China and the North Korean nuclear threat, the United States has been able to activate the United States, Japan and the United States-South Korea alliance, effectively controlling the intensification of the Dokdo issue. However, the existence of sovereignty disputes still limit the depth of cooperation between Japan and South Korea. In the coming period, it will still be difficult for the United States to persuade either party to give up its claim to Dokdo, nor will it be possible to eliminate the impact of the Dokdo dispute on South Korea-Japan relations.
