【摘要】：也門胡塞武裝推翻哈迪政權(quán),招致沙特主導(dǎo)的外部軍事干預(yù),折射出沙特與伊朗之間的地緣政治矛盾。因沙特等國(guó)不敢發(fā)動(dòng)地面戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),故胡塞—薩利赫聯(lián)盟仍掌控也門政局走向和地面戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)主動(dòng)權(quán)。各方達(dá)成協(xié)議及談判破裂的可能性同時(shí)存在,也門恐將陷入"戰(zhàn)亂輪回"。
[Abstract]:Yemenis Houthi overthrew the Hadi regime, sparking Saudi-led external military intervention, reflecting geopolitical tensions between Saudi Arabia and Iran. Because Saudi Arabia and other countries dare not launch a ground war, the Houthi-Saleh alliance still controls the political trend and ground battlefield initiative in Yemen. The possibility of an agreement and a breakdown of negotiations exists at the same time, and Yemenis are likely to fall into "war reincarnation."
