【摘要】：中越友好有很多正能量,也有不少消極因素。在中國的鄰居中,越南既不同于朝鮮,也不同于菲律賓。盡管中越間不時有這樣那樣的問題,但出于維護(hù)雙方的根本利益和共同利益考量,兩國總能控制住局勢,把握住發(fā)展的大方向。無論是從歷史的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),還是從兩國眼前及今后的長遠(yuǎn)利益來看,甚至從有利于地區(qū)乃至世界的和平發(fā)展看,盡管兩國關(guān)系不會一帆風(fēng)順,但中越都沒有理由在可預(yù)見的未來不進(jìn)行交流合作。
[Abstract]:Sino-Vietnamese friendship has a lot of positive energy and many negative factors. Among China's neighbors, Vietnam is different from North Korea and the Philippines. Although there are some problems between China and Vietnam from time to time, in order to safeguard the fundamental and common interests of both sides, the two countries can always control the situation and grasp the general direction of development. Whether from the experience and lessons of history, from the immediate and future long-term interests of the two countries, and even from the point of view of the peaceful development of the region and the world at large, although the relations between the two countries will not be smooth sailing, there is no reason for China and Vietnam not to carry out exchanges and cooperation in the foreseeable future.
