【摘要】： 南沙群島自古以來(lái)就是我國(guó)的神圣領(lǐng)土,隨著南海地區(qū)資源的勘探,南海周邊國(guó)家紛紛涉足南海地區(qū),爭(zhēng)奪南海島礁,劃分南海海域,我國(guó)南沙島礁及海域被周邊國(guó)家侵占和分割,資源遭到大量掠奪,因此本課題涉及到我國(guó)主權(quán)問(wèn)題的研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義與理論研究?jī)r(jià)值。 對(duì)南海爭(zhēng)端的具體對(duì)策是目前學(xué)術(shù)界討論的焦點(diǎn)之一,但尚未找到用博弈論及沖突分析方法作工具來(lái)解析南海爭(zhēng)端的論文。本文首先運(yùn)用辯證歷史唯物主義觀點(diǎn)分析了南海爭(zhēng)端的歷史以及現(xiàn)狀,分析了南海爭(zhēng)端五個(gè)歷史階段的劃分。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程的理論與方法,應(yīng)用博弈論模型推導(dǎo)了中國(guó)對(duì)南海爭(zhēng)端政策集,在完全信息和不完全信息條件下分析了實(shí)施效果。運(yùn)用沖突分析方法來(lái)建模,演化南海爭(zhēng)端可能的均衡結(jié)局,對(duì)得到的均衡結(jié)局進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)與分析。該課題的研究成果將對(duì)我國(guó)解決南海爭(zhēng)端所涉及到的領(lǐng)海主權(quán)問(wèn)題,具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The Nansha Islands have been the sacred territory of our country since ancient times. With the exploration of the resources in the South China Sea area, the surrounding countries of the South China Sea have been involved in the South China Sea area, for the South China Sea islands and reefs, and the sea areas of the South China Sea are divided, and the Nansha Islands and the sea areas of our country are occupied and divided by the surrounding countries, and the resources are plundered. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and theoretical research value that the subject is concerned with the study of the sovereignty issue in China. The concrete countermeasure to the dispute in the South China Sea is one of the focus of the academic discussion at present, but the game theory and the conflict analysis method have not been found to resolve the dispute in the South China Sea. In this paper, the history and present situation of the South China Sea dispute are analyzed by the dialectical historical materialism, and the five historical stages of the South China Sea dispute are analyzed. On this basis, using the theory and method of the system engineering, the game theory model is applied to derive the policy set of the dispute policy of the South China Sea, and the real information and the incomplete information condition are analyzed. Application effect. Using the conflict analysis method to model and evolve the possible equilibrium outcome of the South China Sea dispute, the obtained equilibrium outcome is evaluated. The research results of the subject will be of great reference to the sovereignty of the territorial sea involved in the dispute over the South China Sea.
