論奧巴馬政府對(duì)臺(tái)軍售政策

【摘要】：向臺(tái)灣出售武器，是美國(guó)介入臺(tái)灣問(wèn)題的核心內(nèi)容，也是美國(guó)承認(rèn)臺(tái)灣為獨(dú)立政治實(shí)體的重要標(biāo)志，更是美國(guó)干涉中國(guó)內(nèi)政的主要途徑。多年來(lái)，在對(duì)臺(tái)軍售問(wèn)題上，美國(guó)歷屆政府一方面表示遵守中美三個(gè)聯(lián)合公報(bào)，另一方面卻以《與臺(tái)灣關(guān)系法》為依據(jù)不斷加大對(duì)臺(tái)軍售力度。奧巴馬上臺(tái)后，中美關(guān)系發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好，但奧巴馬政府仍不顧中國(guó)的強(qiáng)烈反對(duì)堅(jiān)持對(duì)臺(tái)軍售，且軍售政策隨其全球戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整而顯現(xiàn)新的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展，對(duì)中美關(guān)系、兩岸關(guān)系及東北亞局勢(shì)都帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。受多種因素影響，在未來(lái)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)，美國(guó)將長(zhǎng)時(shí)間堅(jiān)持對(duì)臺(tái)軍售，要徹底解決此問(wèn)題，從根本上取決于中國(guó)國(guó)力的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和壯大。
[Abstract]:The sale of weapons to Taiwan is the core of the U.S. intervention in Taiwan. It is also an important sign of the United States' recognition of Taiwan as an independent political entity, and is the main way for the United States to interfere in China's internal affairs. Over the years, on the issue of arms sales to the Taiwan, successive governments of the United States have expressed their adherence to the three joint communiques of the United States and on the other hand, on the other hand, on the basis of the Taiwan Relations Act, on the basis of increasing arms sales. After Mr. Obama came to power, the development momentum of the Sino-US relations was good, but the administration of the Obama administration, despite the strong opposition to China's strong opposition to the arms sales and the new features and development of the arms sales policy with the adjustment of the global strategy, had a negative impact on the Sino-US relations, the cross-Straits relations and the situation in North-East Asia. Under the influence of various factors, in the coming period, the United States will stick to the arms sales for a long time, and the problem will be thoroughly solved, and fundamentally depends on the further development and expansion of the Chinese mainland.
