【摘要】：東盟是亞太地區(qū)最大的區(qū)域合作組織，在經(jīng)歷四十余年發(fā)展，取得了輝煌的成就。東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體發(fā)展迅猛，中國(guó)與東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)成為涵蓋人口最多的自由貿(mào)易區(qū)，然而，與之相對(duì)，東盟安全共同體建設(shè)的步伐緩慢，中國(guó)與東盟的安全合作并不是一帆風(fēng)順，因此加強(qiáng)中國(guó)與東盟在安全問(wèn)題上的合作，，和平解決爭(zhēng)端緩解地區(qū)緊張局勢(shì)，創(chuàng)建區(qū)域內(nèi)長(zhǎng)久的和平安全體系是非常緊要的問(wèn)題。 20世紀(jì)中后期，建構(gòu)主義國(guó)際關(guān)系理論崛起并且發(fā)展成為國(guó)際關(guān)系理論領(lǐng)域的主流理論之一，為國(guó)際關(guān)系研究提供了新的視角和方法。東盟與中國(guó)地緣相鄰，雙方政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化交流增多，客觀相互依賴程度不斷加深，面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、國(guó)家穩(wěn)定等共同的壓力具有較強(qiáng)烈的共同命運(yùn)感，亞洲國(guó)家的區(qū)域認(rèn)同也逐漸加強(qiáng)，這為雙方的安全合作提供了契機(jī)。本文試圖從建構(gòu)主義視角來(lái)研究中國(guó)與東盟安全合作問(wèn)題。本文首先介紹了建構(gòu)主義國(guó)際安全合作的相關(guān)理論；繼而分析了中國(guó)與東盟安全合作的歷史、現(xiàn)狀與困境；第三章以建構(gòu)主義作為理論基礎(chǔ)，分析中國(guó)與東盟安全合作體系結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變，洛克無(wú)政府文化的內(nèi)化、以及利益一致化的趨勢(shì)，并據(jù)此提出中國(guó)與東盟安全合作的框架，以及建構(gòu)東亞安全共同體的前景。
[Abstract]:ASEAN is the largest regional cooperation organization in the Asia-Pacific region, and has made great achievements in the past four decades. With the rapid development of the ASEAN Economic Community, China and the ASEAN Free Trade Area have become the most populous free trade area. However, the pace of the construction of the ASEAN Security Community is slow, and the security cooperation between China and ASEAN is not smooth, Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the cooperation between China and ASEAN in the area of security, to resolve the tension in the region peacefully and to create a long-lasting peace and security system in the region. In the middle and late of the 20th century, the rise of the theory of constructivism and the development of the theory of international relations have become one of the mainstream theories in the field of international relations. The two sides have a strong sense of common destiny, and the regional identity of the Asian countries gradually increases. Strong, this provides a deed for the security cooperation of both parties This paper attempts to study the security cooperation between China and ASEAN from the perspective of constructivism. The paper first introduces the relevant theories of the international security cooperation of constructivism, and then analyzes the history, the present situation and the dilemma of the security cooperation between China and ASEAN. The internalization of the anarchic culture and the trend of the unity of interests, and the framework of the security cooperation between China and ASEAN, as well as the construction of the former East Asian security community
