【摘要】：隨著全球化程度的不斷加深,文化越來(lái)越成為民族凝聚力、創(chuàng)造力和影響力的重要源泉,成為綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心要素。因此,文化軟實(shí)力便成為了衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家國(guó)際地位的重要指標(biāo)。我國(guó)目前正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、文化重塑的重要?dú)v史時(shí)期,在國(guó)際上建立和諧世界、在國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)和諧社會(huì),都離不開(kāi)強(qiáng)大的文化軟實(shí)力。通過(guò)革除現(xiàn)實(shí)中存在的不利于文化發(fā)展的體制弊端,把對(duì)外文化工作搞得轟轟烈烈又扎扎實(shí)實(shí),是我們當(dāng)前面臨的重要任務(wù),也是和平發(fā)展理念對(duì)對(duì)外文化工作提出的新要求,因此對(duì)文化軟實(shí)力的研究勢(shì)在必行。 世界各主要國(guó)家在注重硬件建設(shè)的同時(shí),也都十分注重增強(qiáng)自身的文化軟實(shí)力。在這樣的世界潮流中,要提升我國(guó)的文化軟實(shí)力就必須認(rèn)真省視我們自身存在的一些缺陷,對(duì)我國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力的研究應(yīng)當(dāng)立足于當(dāng)前我國(guó)文化現(xiàn)代化,推動(dòng)文化自覺(jué),加強(qiáng)文化的國(guó)際交流。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)分析美國(guó)等世界主要國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)發(fā)展的歷程、特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而借鑒、吸收其精華,從而為我國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力建設(shè)提供更為廣闊的國(guó)際視野,以便于我們更合理地開(kāi)展文化外交。中國(guó)文化完全能夠在自我省視的基礎(chǔ)上,合理并充分利用自身固有的文化資源以及世界先進(jìn)的文化資源,不斷進(jìn)行自我創(chuàng)新,積極營(yíng)造我國(guó)文化軟實(shí)力。只有文化軟實(shí)力與經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、國(guó)際地位相匹配,我國(guó)才能在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)中發(fā)揮更重要的作用,進(jìn)而在國(guó)際社會(huì)上樹(shù)立負(fù)責(zé)任、堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展的大國(guó)形象,為構(gòu)建和諧世界做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。

Therefore, cultural soft power has become an important index to measure a country's international status. At present, our country is in an important historical period of social transformation and cultural remodeling. Building a harmonious world in the world and building a harmonious society in China can not be separated from strong cultural soft power. By eliminating the institutional malpractices existing in reality that are not conducive to cultural development, and making foreign cultural work vigorous and down-to-earth, is an important task facing us at present, and it is also a new requirement for foreign cultural work put forward by the concept of peaceful development. Therefore, the study of cultural soft power is imperative. All the major countries in the world pay attention to the hardware construction, but also pay great attention to strengthening their own cultural soft power. In such a world trend, in order to enhance the cultural soft power of our country, we must seriously save some of our own defects, and the study of the cultural soft power of our country should be based on the current cultural modernization of our country and promote the cultural consciousness. Strengthen international cultural exchanges. We should analyze the course, characteristics and present situation of the construction and development of cultural soft power in the United States and other major countries in the world, and then draw lessons from it and absorb its essence, so as to provide a broader international vision for the construction of cultural soft power in our country. So that we can carry out cultural diplomacy more reasonably. On the basis of self-examination, Chinese culture can make full use of its own inherent cultural resources and advanced cultural resources in the world, constantly innovate itself and actively create soft power of Chinese culture. Only when cultural soft power, economic power and international status match, can China play a more important role in the international arena, and then establish a responsible image of a great country with responsible and peaceful development in the international community.
