【摘要】：鄧小平和平外交思想是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,是我們黨和國(guó)家外交工作的指導(dǎo)思想。在繼承中國(guó)和平外交根本原則的基礎(chǔ)上,以鄧小平為代表的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人總結(jié)歷史、正視現(xiàn)實(shí)、立足中國(guó)、放眼世界,準(zhǔn)確把握當(dāng)今時(shí)代特征和中國(guó)國(guó)情形成了具有鮮明特色的鄧小平和平外交思想。 鄧小平和平外交思想形成于和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景之下,有著豐富的思想內(nèi)容和科學(xué)的理論體系。它堅(jiān)持馬列主義的基本原理,繼承毛澤東、周恩來(lái)和平外交的思想精華,汲取中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)和合文化的養(yǎng)分,主張堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主、和平共處的外交原則,謀求建立公正合理的國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序,通過(guò)和平發(fā)展的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)世界的共同繁榮與進(jìn)步。它準(zhǔn)確地把握了時(shí)代主題的轉(zhuǎn)變,從維護(hù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家根本利益的角度出發(fā),提出了具有建設(shè)性的外交戰(zhàn)略和方針,指導(dǎo)了中國(guó)和平外交的偉大實(shí)踐。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)和平外交取得了巨大的成就,其科學(xué)理論的光輝仍然啟示著當(dāng)今的中國(guó)外交實(shí)踐。 本文首先論述了鄧小平和平外交思想形成的時(shí)代背景和理論淵源,對(duì)其思想主張進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要論述。然后對(duì)其理論體系中代表性的主要內(nèi)容、基本原則、重要特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)論述。文章的最后意在從鄧小平和平外交思想中尋找指導(dǎo)當(dāng)今中國(guó)外交實(shí)踐的啟不。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought of peace diplomacy is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the guiding ideology of our party and state diplomatic work. On the basis of inheriting the fundamental principles of China's peaceful diplomacy, the Chinese Communists, represented by Deng Xiaoping, sum up history, face up to reality, base themselves on China, and look to the world. Accurately grasping the characteristics of the times and China's national conditions has formed Deng Xiaoping's thought of peace diplomacy with distinctive characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's thought of peace diplomacy was formed under the background of peace and development, and has rich ideological content and scientific theoretical system. It adheres to the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism, inherits the essence of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai's thought of peaceful diplomacy, draws on the nutrients of Chinese excellent tradition and culture, and advocates the diplomatic principle of independence and peaceful coexistence. We will seek to establish a just and reasonable new international political and economic order and achieve common prosperity and progress in the world through peaceful development. It accurately grasps the transformation of the theme of the times, puts forward constructive diplomatic strategies and principles from the point of view of safeguarding and realizing the fundamental interests of the country, and guides the great practice of China's peaceful diplomacy. Since the reform and opening up, China's peace diplomacy has made great achievements, and the brilliance of its scientific theory still enlightens China's diplomatic practice today. This paper first discusses the background and theoretical origin of Deng Xiaoping's thought of peace diplomacy, and briefly discusses his thought proposition. Then the main contents, basic principles and important characteristics of its theoretical system are discussed in detail. At the end of the article, the purpose of this paper is to find out whether to guide China's diplomatic practice from Deng Xiaoping's thought of peaceful diplomacy.
