【摘要】：一個穩(wěn)定和不斷發(fā)展的中美關(guān)系有利于中美兩國、亞太地區(qū)乃至世界的和平、穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。然而，盡管中美在政治、經(jīng)濟、軍事等領(lǐng)域存在共同利益與合作空間，但由于社會制度、發(fā)展道路、意識形態(tài)及對外關(guān)系方面存在差異，中美關(guān)系之路并不順暢。中美關(guān)系在波折中前行似乎成為一種發(fā)展規(guī)律。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，隨著經(jīng)濟全球化時代競爭方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，為了更好維護美國自身利益，適應(yīng)其全球戰(zhàn)略需要，，美國開始著力推行經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)。美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)的推行對中美關(guān)系、發(fā)展中國家的發(fā)展及國際經(jīng)濟秩序造成了負面影響。減少因美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)推行給中美關(guān)系帶來的負面影響，避免中美關(guān)系走向惡化，成為擺在中國面前的重要難題之一。中國堅持反對美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)，同時促進中美關(guān)系良性發(fā)展的基本立場不動搖。在中國的積極應(yīng)對下，發(fā)展中國家發(fā)展困難的狀況有了一定改善，國際經(jīng)濟秩序朝著更為公正合理的方向改變，中美關(guān)系朝著良性方向發(fā)展。 本文共分為三個部分。 第一部分，闡述冷戰(zhàn)后美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)的推行及對世界的影響。旨在分析冷戰(zhàn)后美國推行經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)的原因、實施的主要手段、對世界造成的不良影響。冷戰(zhàn)后美國之所以推行經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)原因是多方面的，但主要的有四點：維護美國自身利益；美國全球戰(zhàn)略需要；美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)理論基礎(chǔ)牢固；經(jīng)濟全球化時代競爭方式轉(zhuǎn)變。而美國為了實現(xiàn)其霸權(quán)目的，采取了筑高對美貿(mào)易門檻、控制貨幣、操控國際規(guī)則制定等手段。美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)的推行，對世界經(jīng)濟秩序產(chǎn)生了負面影響，同時，使發(fā)展中國家的發(fā)展更加困難。 第二部分，闡述冷戰(zhàn)后美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)對中美關(guān)系的影響。在分析為何中國成為美國推行經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)首要目標之一原因的基礎(chǔ)上，從經(jīng)濟、政治兩個方面歸納冷戰(zhàn)后美國因推行經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)對中美關(guān)系造成的影響。 第三部分，闡述中國應(yīng)對美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)的立場和方式。為了推動建立公正合理的國際經(jīng)濟秩序，也是為了維護自身利益，中國堅決反對美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)，通過多種方式積極應(yīng)對美國經(jīng)濟霸權(quán)對中美關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的消極影響,取得了良好的效果。 中美關(guān)系應(yīng)該是積極的、合作的、全面的。雙方應(yīng)以積極的眼光看待對方，推進各領(lǐng)域?qū)υ捄献鳎瑴p少分歧，深化合作，攜手應(yīng)對21世紀人類社會面臨的各種問題和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:A stable and developing Sino-US relationship is conducive to peace, stability and development between China and the United States, the Asia-Pacific region and the world at large. However, although there are common interests and cooperation space between China and the United States in the political, economic, military and other fields, the road of Sino-US relations is not smooth because of the differences in social system, development path, ideology and foreign relations. Sino-US relations seem to have become a law of development in the midst of twists and turns. After the end of the Cold War, with the change of competition mode in the era of economic globalization, in order to better safeguard the interests of the United States and adapt to its global strategic needs, the United States began to promote economic hegemony. The implementation of American economic hegemony has had a negative impact on Sino-US relations, the development of developing countries and the international economic order. Reducing the negative impact on Sino-US relations caused by the implementation of American economic hegemony and avoiding the deterioration of Sino-US relations have become one of the important problems facing China. China adheres to its basic stand of opposing US economic hegemony and promoting the healthy development of Sino-US relations. Under China's positive response, the development difficulties of developing countries have improved to a certain extent, the international economic order has changed in a more just and reasonable direction, and Sino-US relations have developed in a benign direction. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the implementation of American economic hegemony after the Cold War and its influence on the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the implementation of economic hegemony in the United States after the Cold War, the main means of implementation, and the adverse effects on the world. There are many reasons why the United States promotes economic hegemony after the Cold War, but there are four main reasons: safeguarding the interests of the United States; the global strategic needs of the United States; the solid theoretical foundation of American economic hegemony; and the transformation of competition mode in the era of economic globalization. In order to achieve its hegemonic purpose, the United States has adopted the means of building high barriers to trade with the United States, controlling currency, and controlling international rules. The implementation of American economic hegemony has had a negative impact on the world economic order and made the development of developing countries more difficult. The second part expounds the influence of American economic hegemony on Sino-US relations after the Cold War. On the basis of analyzing why China has become one of the primary goals of the United States in carrying out economic hegemony, this paper sums up the influence of the economic hegemony on Sino-US relations from the economic and political aspects. The third part expounds China's position and way to deal with American economic hegemony. In order to promote the establishment of a just and reasonable international economic order and to safeguard its own interests, China firmly opposes US economic hegemony and actively responds to the negative impact of US economic hegemony on Sino-US relations in various ways. Good results have been achieved. Sino-US relations should be positive, cooperative and comprehensive. The two sides should take a positive view of each other, promote dialogue and cooperation in various fields, reduce differences, deepen cooperation, and work hand in hand to meet the problems and challenges facing human society in the 21st century.
