阿曼與中國(guó)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】：世界上所有文明,包括伊斯蘭文明和中華文明,都具有共性,即珍惜友誼、公平和寬容。這些價(jià)值觀是世界各國(guó)的共同原則,而且作為人類社會(huì)的文化遺產(chǎn)應(yīng)該得到重視并世代流傳下去,唯有如此,不同文明間的對(duì)話交流才成為可能。阿曼和中國(guó)都是偉大的文明古國(guó),其各自文明史均可追溯到數(shù)千年前,當(dāng)時(shí)陸上和海上絲綢之路在促進(jìn)這兩個(gè)地區(qū)國(guó)家的雙邊貿(mào)易方面扮演了非常重要角色。因此,本文旨在詳細(xì)闡述這兩大文明和兩個(gè)國(guó)家的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,探討和研究的問題包括:在前伊斯蘭時(shí)期,這兩種文明頻繁互動(dòng)的背后動(dòng)因是什么?阿曼與中國(guó)關(guān)系在不同歷史階段的特征是什么?中阿兩國(guó)貿(mào)易與文化交流的重要意義體現(xiàn)在何處?本文還將詳細(xì)闡述阿曼學(xué)者在政府和商業(yè)部門中扮演的獨(dú)一無二的角色,尤其是其與中國(guó)開展交流時(shí),其高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚、放眼未來的胸懷與視野對(duì)雙邊關(guān)系的促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí),他們還意識(shí)到引導(dǎo)不同文明之間進(jìn)行對(duì)話、堅(jiān)持對(duì)外開放政策的重要性。本論文還將討論中阿關(guān)系發(fā)展的其他方面,以及兩國(guó)在雙邊貿(mào)易和在經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、藝術(shù)、文化等領(lǐng)域的深入合作。本論文首先概述了從伊斯蘭教出現(xiàn)后到當(dāng)代,阿曼蘇丹國(guó)和古代中國(guó)以及中華人民共和國(guó)的關(guān)系發(fā)展;解讀中阿關(guān)系在不同歷史時(shí)期的特征以及阿曼與中國(guó)建立貿(mào)易合作關(guān)系的重要性;其次,本文詳述了中阿自古以來的地緣聯(lián)系;考察了兩國(guó)人民有史以來第一次航行的歷史背景;最后,本文回顧了阿曼和中華人民共和國(guó)當(dāng)前的合作交流關(guān)系以及兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展前景。通過向中東問題專家咨詢和收集歷史資料,本文以歷史事件和合作領(lǐng)域?yàn)閮纱笾骶�,探討兩國(guó)在雙邊政治、貿(mào)易、文化和外交事務(wù)中頻繁互動(dòng)、密切聯(lián)系的動(dòng)因及其特征。本文通過學(xué)術(shù)研究,試圖回答以下學(xué)術(shù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題:第一,從前伊斯蘭時(shí)期到今天,阿曼和中國(guó)的關(guān)系是如何逐步發(fā)展的,貫穿其中的主線是什么;第二,阿曼和中國(guó)關(guān)系中的地緣因素是什么;第三,阿曼與中國(guó)人民歷史上第一次航海的背景及其影響如何;第四,阿曼船隊(duì)向中國(guó)購(gòu)買的第一批商品是什么,反過來,中國(guó)船隊(duì)從阿曼購(gòu)買的第一批商品是什么;第五,兩國(guó)歷史上在各領(lǐng)域的合作達(dá)到了什么程度;第六,阿曼和中華人民共和國(guó)在雙邊貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、文化、藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的合作取得了哪些成績(jī),存在哪些主要問題;伊斯蘭教在阿拉伯半島傳播前后中國(guó)與阿曼雙邊貿(mào)易與文化交流的形式和內(nèi)容有何共同點(diǎn)與差異;第七,當(dāng)前中阿關(guān)系取得了哪些成就,存在哪些亟待解決的問題。本文的結(jié)論是,阿拉伯人和中國(guó)人的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系與航海密切相關(guān),阿拉伯半島尤其是阿曼港口的東海岸是歷史上最活躍的地區(qū)。中國(guó)早在唐朝時(shí)期就通過奢華而又強(qiáng)大的海船引領(lǐng)世界進(jìn)入航海時(shí)代,促進(jìn)了東亞與中東海上技術(shù)的發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),阿曼以造船聞名,阿曼人長(zhǎng)期壟斷的技術(shù)幫助阿曼航海者進(jìn)行了環(huán)球航行。出于在印度洋的航行和中國(guó)與伊斯蘭世界經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)的需要,阿曼許多港口當(dāng)時(shí)獲得了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,瓷器碎片、尤其是在娑哈發(fā)現(xiàn)的中國(guó)明朝流行的白色和藍(lán)色瓷器。阿曼和中國(guó)人民通過深入的紐帶聯(lián)系起來,雙邊貿(mào)易模式為兩國(guó)人民的發(fā)展、進(jìn)步和繁榮以及文化和知識(shí)的交流都起了非常重要的作用。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:從新現(xiàn)實(shí)主義理論出發(fā),以阿曼與中國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的歷史與合作的領(lǐng)域?yàn)橹骶�,提出影響阿曼與中國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展的五個(gè)主要因素——地緣政治、地區(qū)秩序、意識(shí)形態(tài)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層與政治結(jié)構(gòu)、國(guó)際體系轉(zhuǎn)型,認(rèn)為阿曼與中國(guó)之所以長(zhǎng)期保持友好合作關(guān)系,在于雙方文明的互動(dòng)性、經(jīng)貿(mào)上的互補(bǔ)性和政治上的互需性。
[Abstract]:All the civilizations in the world, including the Islamic civilization and the Chinese civilization, have the common character, that is, to cherish the friendship, the fairness and the tolerance. These values are common principles of all countries of the world, and the cultural heritage of the human society should be given priority and generation flows, so that the exchange of dialogue among civilizations is only possible. Both Oman and China are great civilizations, and the history of their respective civilizations can be traced back to thousands of years, when the land and the maritime Silk Road played a very important role in the promotion of bilateral trade between the two regions. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to elaborate on the interaction between the two civilizations and the two countries, and the question of the study and study includes: what is the motivation behind the frequent interaction of the two civilizations in the period of the former Islam? What are the characteristics of Oman and China in different historical stages? Where is the important meaning of Sino-Arab trade and cultural exchange? The article will also elaborate on the unique role of the Omani scholars in the government and the commercial sector, especially when it is in communication with China, it has a long-term vision, the mind of the future and the promotion of the bilateral relations. At the same time, they are also aware of the importance of guiding dialogue among civilizations and adhering to the policy of opening up to the outside world. The paper will also discuss other aspects of the development of Sino-Arab relations, as well as the in-depth cooperation between the two countries in the bilateral trade and in the fields of economy, science and technology, art and culture. In this paper, the relationship between Oman and the ancient China and the People's Republic of China from the emergence of Islam to the present time, the Sultanate of Oman and the ancient China and the People's Republic of China are summarized, the characteristics of the relationship between Oman and China in different historical periods and the importance of the establishment of a trade cooperation relationship between Oman and China, and secondly, In the end, the paper reviews the historical background of the first voyage of the two peoples, and finally, this paper reviews the current cooperation and communication between Oman and the People's Republic of China and the development prospects of the two countries. By consulting and collecting the historical data to the experts on the Middle East, this paper discusses the causes and features of the two countries' frequent interaction, close contact in the bilateral political, trade, cultural and foreign affairs. This paper, through academic research, tries to answer the following academic and practical questions: first, how the relationship between Oman and China is developing gradually from the time of the former Islamic period to today, what is the main line throughout it, what is the geopolitical factor in the relations between Oman and China, and thirdly, What is the background of the first voyage in the history of the people of Oman and the Chinese people and how it affects the first batch of commodities purchased by the Omani fleet to China, in turn, what is the first batch of goods purchased from Oman by the Chinese fleet; and, fifth, What is the degree of cooperation between the two countries in various fields in history, and what achievements have been achieved in the cooperation of the Sixth, the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China in the bilateral trade, economic, scientific and technological, cultural and artistic fields, and which major problems exist; The similarities and differences in the form and content of the bilateral trade and cultural exchanges between China and Oman before and after the spread of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula, and what achievements have been made in the current Sino-Arab relations and the problems that need to be solved urgently. The conclusion of this paper is that the economic ties between the Arabs and the Chinese are closely related to the navigation, and the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula, especially the port of Oman, is the most active area in history. Early in the Tang Dynasty, China has led the world into the time of navigation through the luxurious and powerful sea-boat, and promoted the development of the maritime technology in East Asia and the Middle East. At the same time, Oman is known for shipbuilding, and Oman's long-term monopoly of technology has helped the Omani seamen to sail around the world. In the course of the Indian Ocean's voyage and the need for China's economic interaction with the Islamic world, many of the ports of Oman had acquired good opportunities for development, porcelain chips, especially white and blue china, which was popular in the Ming Dynasty, found in Aha. The two-way trade model has played a very important role in the development, progress and prosperity of the two peoples, as well as the exchange of culture and knowledge, through an in-depth link between Oman and the Chinese people. The innovation of this paper is that, from the new realist theory, the main line of the history and cooperation of the development of the relationship between Oman and China is the main factor that influences the development of the relationship between Oman and China _ the geopolitical, regional order, the ideology, the leadership and the political structure. The transition of the international system is of the view that the long-term friendly and cooperative relationship between Oman and China lies in the interactive, economic and trade complementarity and the political will of both sides.
