美國維系全球霸權(quán)的六個關(guān)鍵要素

【摘要】：美國獨立以后,不僅成長為全球性大國,而且成為擁有能力和意圖的全球霸權(quán)國家。美國問鼎霸權(quán)的方式與歷史上其他大國相比有所不同,既有傳統(tǒng)的政治秩序的穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟實力的發(fā)展、強大的軍備等因素,也有利用國際制度維護鞏固自身權(quán)利,利用文化、輿論等塑造有利于自身的政治話語氛圍等獨具特色的手段�？傮w來說,強大的自身實力作為基礎(chǔ),國內(nèi)制度和國際機制作為保障,再加上靈活的外交,共同造就了美國的全球性大國地位。但是也應(yīng)看到,助其成為霸主的因素,也可能隨著時間的推移成為不利因素,漸漸給美國社會帶來包袱。
[Abstract]:After the independence of the United States, it became not only a global power, but also a global hegemonic country with ability and intention. Compared with other great powers in history, the way in which the United States has won hegemony is different from that of other great powers in history. There are not only the stability of the traditional political order, the development of economic strength, the strong arms and other factors, but also the use of the international system to safeguard and consolidate their rights and make use of culture. Public opinion and other unique means to shape their own political discourse atmosphere. On the whole, strong strength as the basis, domestic system and international mechanism as the guarantee, coupled with flexible diplomacy, together created the status of the United States as a global power. But it should also be noted that the factors that help it become a hegemon may also become a disadvantage over time, gradually bringing a burden to American society.
