【摘要】：亞太地區(qū)正在發(fā)生的力量均勢變化已經(jīng)對澳大利亞的亞太戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)生了顯著影響,中國的崛起使澳大利亞不得不面臨歷史上最嚴(yán)重的戰(zhàn)略兩難——安全盟友與經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴分屬于兩個有可能處于競爭態(tài)勢的大國。隨著中國力量的上升和中澳經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的持續(xù)加強(qiáng),以及美澳傳統(tǒng)安全同盟在亞太地區(qū)承擔(dān)的"新責(zé)任"的凸顯,這種戰(zhàn)略兩難變得更為尖銳。避免戰(zhàn)略兩難、維持并擴(kuò)大利益均沾的局面,成為當(dāng)前澳大利亞亞太戰(zhàn)略的主要目標(biāo),同時也是亞太地區(qū)多數(shù)中等國家共同的戰(zhàn)略訴求。
[Abstract]:The changes in the balance of power that are taking place in the Asia-Pacific region have had a significant impact on Australia's Asia-Pacific strategy. The rise of China has forced Australia to face the worst strategic dilemma in history-security allies and economic partners belong to two potentially competitive powers. With the rise of Chinese power and the continued strengthening of economic relations between China and Australia, as well as the emergence of the "new responsibility" of the traditional security alliance between the United States and Australia in the Asia-Pacific region, this strategic dilemma has become even more acute. Avoiding the strategic dilemma and maintaining and expanding the balance of interests has become the main goal of Australia's Asia-Pacific strategy, and it is also the common strategic demand of most medium-sized countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
