【摘要】：2012年是上海合作組織成立第二個(gè)十年的開(kāi)局之間。十年來(lái)，隨著上海合作組織在區(qū)域和國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上的作用明顯增強(qiáng)，一些國(guó)家和組織對(duì)上海合作組織產(chǎn)生濃厚興趣，希望以各種方式參與上海合作組織各項(xiàng)進(jìn)程，成員國(guó)擴(kuò)大問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為上海合作組織不容回避的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。作為上海合作組織內(nèi)部的兩臺(tái)引擎，，中俄兩國(guó)在擴(kuò)員問(wèn)題上需要以“知己知彼”為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行充分的互動(dòng)合作。本文從地緣、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等角度出發(fā)，重點(diǎn)探討俄羅斯對(duì)上海合作組織擴(kuò)員問(wèn)題的態(tài)度和政策，對(duì)上海合作組織擴(kuò)員前景做出一定的分析。希望本文能對(duì)相關(guān)研究有所參考。
[Abstract]:2012 is the beginning of the second decade of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Over the past decade, with the marked increase in the role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the regional and international arena, a number of countries and organizations have shown great interest in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and hope to participate in various ways in the various processes of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, The expansion of member states has become an unavoidable and realistic issue of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). As two engines within the SCO, China and Russia need to fully interact and cooperate on the basis of "knowing their own friends and knowing each other" on the issue of expanding their membership. From the perspectives of geography, politics and economy, this paper focuses on Russia's attitude and policy on the expansion of the membership of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and makes a certain analysis of the prospects of the enlargement of the SCO. I hope this paper can be a reference to the relevant research.
