【摘要】：東北亞地區(qū)是世界大國戰(zhàn)略和地緣政治相互作用最集中的地區(qū),因此研究該地區(qū)安全問題具有實質性的意義。而美韓同盟作為東北亞安全問題中一個不容忽視的因素,在東北亞安全格局中顯得尤為重要。冷戰(zhàn)后,隨著韓國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展、韓國自主意識的增強和國內反美情緒的持續(xù)高漲,使美韓同盟的發(fā)展由建立初期的美主韓從關系逐漸傾向于平等伙伴關系。韓國國際影響力的增強與政治地位的提高,使其在政治、經(jīng)濟、軍事、外交等方面都更加渴望擺脫對美國的過分“依賴”。美韓同盟正經(jīng)歷50多年來最深刻的危機。但自李明博出任韓國總統(tǒng)后,不僅恢復了疏遠的美韓同盟關系,而且對其進行了重新定義,至此美韓同盟關系峰回路轉,得到迅速修復和鞏固。美韓同盟的新變化,將不可避免影響朝鮮半島局勢的演變。2010年,朝鮮半島先后發(fā)生“天安號”事件和延坪島炮擊事件,給東北亞地區(qū)的政治安全環(huán)境和力量格局帶來了深刻復雜的影響。同時我們也認識到,不管是疏美派總統(tǒng)金大中、盧武鉉,還是親美派總統(tǒng)李明博,都無法避免美韓同盟在各個領域中存在的分歧與矛盾。而隨著美國和韓國各自政治、經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,同盟間矛盾的弱化與增強都使得它們的發(fā)展存在諸多不確定因素。因此研究美韓同盟在東北亞安全格局中的角色轉變,對于預測美韓同盟的走向,分析其在東北亞安全格局中的影響有著深遠的意義,也為我們提供了不同的視角來看待美韓同盟在東北亞安全格局中的角色定位。
[Abstract]:Northeast Asia is the region in which the interaction between strategy and geopolitics of the great powers in the world is most concentrated, so it is of great significance to study the security problems in the region. As a factor that can not be ignored in the security of Northeast Asia, the United States-South Korea alliance is particularly important in the security situation of Northeast Asia. After the Cold War, with the rapid development of South Korea's economy, the enhancement of South Korea's sense of autonomy and the continuous upsurge of domestic anti-American sentiment, the development of the US-ROK alliance has gradually tended to be equal partnership from the American master-Korean slave relationship in the early stage of the establishment of the American-Korean alliance. South Korea's increasing international influence and political status make it more eager to get rid of its excessive "dependence" on the United States in politics, economy, military, diplomacy and so on. The United States and South Korea are experiencing the deepest crisis in more than 50 years. But since Lee Myung-bak became president of South Korea, he has not only restored the distant alliance between the United States and South Korea, but also redefined it, so that the alliance between the United States and South Korea has turned around and been rapidly restored and consolidated. New changes in the US-ROK alliance will inevitably affect the evolution of the situation on the Korean Peninsula. In 2010, the "Cheonan" incident and the Yeonpyeong Island shelling occurred successively on the Korean peninsula. It has brought profound and complex influence to the political security environment and power pattern in Northeast Asia. At the same time, we also recognize that no matter whether it is US-thinning President Kim Dae-jung, Roh Moo-hyun or pro-American President Lee Myung-bak, we cannot avoid the differences and contradictions existing in various areas of the US-ROK alliance. With the development of politics and economy of America and South Korea, and the weakening and strengthening of the contradictions between allies, there are many uncertain factors in their development. Therefore, it is of profound significance to study the change of the role of the US-ROK alliance in the security pattern of Northeast Asia, to predict the trend of the US-ROK alliance, and to analyze its influence in the security pattern of Northeast Asia. It also provides us with a different perspective on the role of the US-ROK alliance in the security situation of Northeast Asia.
