【摘要】：國際公共品的供給狀況反映了北極公共問題的治理程度。在當(dāng)前的北極地緣政治環(huán)境下,國際公共品理論為我們研究北極公共治理提供了新的理論視角,也為我國參與北極治理提供了有說服力的理據(jù)。中國構(gòu)建"國際公共品提供者"的身份,將是我國參與北極治理的一個重要路徑,有助于消除北極國家的猜疑,維護我國在北極地區(qū)的國家利益。
[Abstract]:The supply of international public goods reflects the degree of governance of public problems in the Arctic. In the current Arctic geopolitical environment, the international public goods theory provides us with a new theoretical perspective for our research on Arctic public governance, and also provides a convincing basis for our participation in Arctic governance. China's construction of the status of "international public goods provider" will be an important path for China to participate in Arctic governance, which will help to dispel the suspicion of Arctic countries and safeguard our national interests in the Arctic region.
