【摘要】：建設(shè)21世紀(jì)"海上絲綢之路"是我國(guó)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化新形勢(shì)、擴(kuò)大同各國(guó)各地區(qū)利益匯合點(diǎn)的重大戰(zhàn)略,是構(gòu)建開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制的重要舉措。而要推動(dòng)21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的發(fā)展,我國(guó)應(yīng)積極制定中國(guó)"環(huán)印度洋戰(zhàn)略"。中國(guó)"環(huán)印度洋戰(zhàn)略"是指在我國(guó)建設(shè)21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略背景下,針對(duì)印度洋地區(qū)特殊的戰(zhàn)略意義和價(jià)值,在環(huán)印度洋區(qū)域建設(shè)六大戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn),以推動(dòng)21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)的系統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The construction of the "Maritime Silk Road" in the 21st century is an important strategy for China to adapt to the new situation of economic globalization and expand the convergence of interests with other countries and regions. It is also an important measure to construct the new system of open economy. In order to promote the development of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century, China should actively formulate China's "Indian Ocean Rim Strategy". China's "Indian Ocean Rim Strategy" refers to the construction of six strategic fulcrums in the Indian Ocean Rim region in the light of the special strategic significance and value of the Indian Ocean region under the national strategic background of China's construction of the 21st century Maritime Silk Road. In order to promote the development of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century, and finally realize the systematic strategy of China's maritime power.
