【摘要】：在世界多極化趨勢(shì)不斷加強(qiáng)的復(fù)雜背景下,中俄關(guān)系具有若干新的特質(zhì):兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作日益具有戰(zhàn)略意義;單極霸權(quán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者為維護(hù)傳統(tǒng)霸權(quán)而與新興強(qiáng)國(guó)圍繞區(qū)域一體化問(wèn)題的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,使中俄相互戰(zhàn)略依存加深;中俄各自領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的區(qū)域一體化機(jī)制在地理上的重疊現(xiàn)象加劇,利益交叉和碰撞現(xiàn)象增多成為新常態(tài);中俄兩國(guó)在是否挑戰(zhàn)單極霸權(quán)或者著手改造現(xiàn)存國(guó)際秩序方面存在的政策差異日漸明顯,需要求同存異,加強(qiáng)相互理解與協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:Under the complex background of the increasing trend of multipolarization in the world, Sino-Russian relations have some new characteristics: the economic cooperation between the two countries is becoming more and more strategic; In order to maintain the traditional hegemony, the unipolar hegemonic leaders have intensified the competition with the emerging powers around the issue of regional integration, which has deepened the strategic interdependence between China and Russia. The geographical overlap of the regional integration mechanism led by China and Russia has intensified, and the phenomenon of cross-benefit and collision has become the new normal; The policy differences between China and Russia on whether to challenge unipolar hegemony or to begin to reform the existing international order are becoming more and more obvious. It is necessary to seek common ground while reserving differences and to strengthen mutual understanding and coordination.
