【摘要】：綜合國(guó)力和關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)是界定次大國(guó)的基本要素,構(gòu)成了次大國(guó)發(fā)揮作用的內(nèi)在因素。綜合國(guó)力較強(qiáng)(不如大國(guó),優(yōu)于中等國(guó)家)、關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)存在缺陷是次大國(guó)的共同特征。次大國(guó)的二重性主要表現(xiàn)在次大國(guó)的大國(guó)雄心與小國(guó)行為并存:大國(guó)雄心是指成為全球性大國(guó)的志向,小國(guó)行為表現(xiàn)為搭便車(chē)和追隨大國(guó)等方面。此外,次大國(guó)的概念在不同的時(shí)代背景下有著不同的意義,并非固定不變,因此,國(guó)際體系構(gòu)成了次大國(guó)二重性的外部因素。在當(dāng)今時(shí)代背景下,因全球化、多極化發(fā)展,次大國(guó)的作用和地位凸顯,其二重性也因此得以更加充分地在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上展現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive national strength and key items are the basic elements of defining the sub-power and constitute the internal factor of the role of the sub-power. The comprehensive national strength is stronger (inferior to the big country, superior to the middle country), and the key item is the common characteristic of the sub-power. The duality of the secondary power is mainly manifested in the coexistence of the ambition of the big country and the behavior of the small country: the ambition of the big power refers to the ambition to become a global power, and the behavior of the small country is characterized by the free ride and following the big country and so on. In addition, the concept of the sub-power has different meanings in different times, and it is not fixed. Therefore, the international system constitutes the external factor of the dualism of the sub-power. Under the background of the present era, due to globalization, multi-polarization development, the role and status of the sub-power is prominent, so its duality can be more fully demonstrated on the international stage.
